The lovely furnished apartment Matosevic III is located in a quiet neighbourhood, near the center of Poreč. It is situated on the second floor. The apartment can be reached through the common entrance to the house in which the owner live on the ground floor. It can accommodate two persons.
Apartment contains a double bed bedroom, a well enquiped kitchen with kitchen utensils and all the necessary cooking appliances (a oven and a stove, a microwave, a freezer and a refrigerator, a coffee machine, a water kettle, etc.), a dining area, a living room with a TV, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment has its own roof terrace with a seating garniture - perfect for enjoying in a breakfast or a warm summer evening in Poreč.
The distance to the beach and the center is only 900 m. Private parking is in front of the house. Pets are not allowed. BBQ grill is available in the shared garden.
