Salobre Los Lagos 10 is a holiday home for guests who enjoy light-filled spaces, easy outdoor living and a simple, comfortable base in the south of Gran Canaria. Large glass windows open the house towards the terrace, bringing the outside into everyday holiday moments.



The property is located in the Los Lagos complex, an inner area of Salobre Golf Resort set among the golf landscape, gardens and residential areas of the resort. It offers golf course and mountain views, with resort services available within a short drive.



With 95 m² of living space on a 285 m² plot, the house is a good option for 4 adults and 1 child up to 2 years old in a cot. On the upper floor, there is 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bathroom with shower. On the ground floor, there is 1 bedroom with two single beds, another bathroom with shower and a living area with dining space and kitchen.



The outdoor area is made for relaxed holiday routines: covered terrace, outdoor dining area, garden, sun loungers, barbecue, garage and parking. The house also has a small private pool measuring 3 x 1.5 metres, ideal for refreshing moments at home, as well as access to a shared pool measuring 18 x 5 metres.



Electric heating for the private pool is available at an additional cost and can reach approximately 24–26 °C.



Inside, the house includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning for cooling only, satellite TV, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, safe, oven, microwave, electric hob, coffee machine, toaster, juicer, iron and ironing board.



Your booking includes bed linen, towels, final cleaning and mid-stay cleaning with change of towels and bed linen for stays of more than 7 nights.



Pets on request, with an extra charge per dog.

Security deposit: €300.00.

Not available for groups of young people.

Smoking is not allowed except in the outdoor areas.
