The apartment on the first floor of a modern villa is new, clean and furnished. It is also completely independent and silent with an entrance-living room and kitchenette. The double rooms, large and comfortable, are two and both have air conditioning. The comfortable and bright bathroom has a large shower. The apartment has a washing machine.
The villa has a garden with an orchard and a large internal square for car parking. It also rises in a residential context, of as many villas, quiet and silent with new roads and lots of green around.

Casa confortevole con tutto il necessario per trascorrere una vacanza. Spazi ampi e climatizzati. Ottima posizione per andare alla spiaggia (bella), in 15 min. Serve chiaramente l'automobile per muoversi ovunque. Il padrone di casa Cesare è una persona sempre presente e disponibile se ve ne è l'occorrenza. Mi ha dato una grossa mano quando mi ha piantato la batteria dell'auto.

Urlaub in Oristano

Niedliche kleine Stadt im Vergleich zu Berlin, der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Unterkunft schlicht und geräumig, sehr sauber. Alles was man benötigt war wie beschrieben vorhanden. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Min. am Strand und in 5 Min. in der Stadt. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder buchen.

casa meravigliosa...vacanza perfetta

Per oltre 2 settimane siamo stati ospiti di questa bellissima casa ai confini di Oristano. La casa è un appartamento ricavato dal piano superiore di questa villa...praticamente nuovo, arredato molto bene e con gusto, ha 2 ampie camere (una con balcone) , un bagno con box doccia e lavatrice, cucina, salottino, terrazzo. Le camere sono entrambe climatizzate (clima nuovi) Posto auto sotto casa. La casa è circondata dal verde, lontana da confusione e schiamazzi. Nonostante questo, si trova a circa 2 km dalla città di Oristano, a 5 minuti di auto da un grosso centro commerciale dove poter fare la spesa grossa e comunque in paese a poca distanza dalla casa ci sono panificio, banca, mini market, macelleria, edicola. Il proprietario, Cesare, abita sotto ed è stato con noi sempre gentilissimo, accontentando ogni nostra richiesta. La casa si trova a circa 15 minuti di auto dalle spiagge più belle del Sinis, prima fra tutte Is Arutas ma anche San Giovanni, Putzu Iddu, ecc Alla sera massimo silenzio e tranquillità, ci godevamo solo le stelle cadenti e la luna. Pulizia della casa davvero impeccabile e ve lo dice una "delicata". Consiglio a tutti di soggiornare dal Sig. Cesare per una splendida vacanza nel Sinis, nella tranquillità. E con prezzi ragionevoli. A good place to stay

The apartment was spotlessly clean and spacious and provided everything we wanted. The owner was very friendly and helpful - his English is limited, but he is studying and will surely improve. There are a few small shops in the village but you can drive to Oristano in 5 minutes and there is a large shopping centre with a big supermarket on the left as you enter the town. We enjoyed exploring the beaches, ruins and walks on the Sinis peninsula. At our speed of driving, it took 20 minutes to reach San Giovanni di Sinis (for the beach and the ruins at Tharros) which is lovely and fairly quiet in May. There is not much of a view from the apartment but it is in a cul-de-sac and the surroundings are pleasant. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend it to others.

Ruhiger und verkehrsgünstiger Ausgangspunkt

Die Wohnung ist neu und hochwertig ausgestattet. Sie liegt ruhig und ist dennoch idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen, weil sie sehr zentral liegt. Der Vermieter ist angenehm und darauf bedacht, dass man sich wohlfühlt. Der Vertragsabschluss war reibungslos und professionell. Für Reisende mit Auto, die nicht nur die Strände Sardiniens besuchen, sondern auch die kulturellen Höhepunkte der Insel besichtigen wollen, können wir diese Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Assieme ad altri 2 compagni di università ho trascorso un confortevole soggiorno a Donigala Fenughedu. La casa si trova a pochi chilometri dal centro di Oristano raggiungibile in macchina in meno di 5 minuti; è accogliente e spaziosa; la descrizione corrisponde a quella contenuta nell'inserzione. E' praticamente nuova e ben pulita, il proprietario gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Si trova in una zona tranquilla e il costo è moderato.
