Sarzeau holiday.

Excellent holiday home with all the facilities we needed. Large garden and comfortable outdoor dining area. Enjoyed using the hammock. Good location for visiting the area and close to Landrezac beach and the Chateau Suscenio. Friendly owners and would definitely recommend.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Absolut erholsamer Aufenthalt. Das Haus liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Wohnviertel am Ortsrand. Von den beiden Terrassen hat man einen schönen Blick auf das Feld oder die weitläufigen Nachbargärten. Der Garten ist mit schönen Blumen und Bäumen bepflanzt. Die Eigentümerin Marie Noëlle ist sehr freundlich und gab uns viele Ausflugstipps. Vielen Dank dafür!

Maison familiale spacieuse

La maison est spacieuse très lumineuse et située dans un quartier très calme. Un espace extérieur très agréable, sans vis à vis et très bien adapté pour de jeunes enfants. Nous avons bien profité en famille. Les propriétaires sont à l’écoute et très réactifs.

Maison parfaite pour des vacances en famille

Nous avons apprécié le côté fonctionnel de la maison ainsi que son équipement et sa propreté. La situation géographique permet de nombreuses promenades et visites en limitant le nombre de km en voiture. Tout est conforme à l'annonce. L'accueil a été très agréable. Lieu idéal pour une famille

Nous etions recu très cordialement par les locateurs, la maison est spacieuse et propre, avec salle de bains et toilette (separée) dans chaque étage. Le jardin offre tous qu'on a besoin pour les vacances: Grande table, assez de sièges, parasol, grill... (petit 'mais': Le hamac existe, mais plus des mousquetons pour l'accrocher). La chambre au rez-de-chaussée sert à cuisine, salle de manger et salle de séjour et est très grande. Idéale pour assembler la famille pour jouer, manger, cuisiner, avec access au jardin et au garage. TV et Hifi existe, mais etait rarement usée. Place pour stationner 3 voitures devant la maison, très peu de traffic sur la route qui est en bordure du hameau. Fazit: Si vous pouvez vivre sans direct accèss a la plage, une très bonne maisonpour vous. P.S: Plage du Golfe environ 1.5 km, plage de l'atlantique environ 5 km, bonne distance pour le vélo. Bonne boulangerie (le moulin à café) à Saint-Armel, 4 km avec vélo, Supermarché même distance à l'entrée de Sarzeau. Ecole de voile à 14km (St. Gildas).
