The house is located in the hills of Theoule sur mer in '' Domaine de Theoule '' one of the most exclusive Domaines.
It has breathtaking views of Cannes, the sea, ile de Lerins and the Alps.
Totally renovated in 2018-2020, totaling 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on groundfloor all with seaview and doors to the pool area.
1 bedroom and bathroom on the 1 floor.
On ground floor level 130 m3 pool with 650 m2 terrace’s and large outdoor space with a pétanque court.
Air conditioning / heating in all rooms as well as floor heating. Weber Grill, Tennis court.
Ground floor Table tennis and a 65 inch tv with PlayStation.
