Chalet in Sankt Andrä near Koralpe Ski Area

This rustic and charming Carinthian mountain hut accommodates up to 6 guests and is located in Sankt Andrä, between Völkermarkt and Wolfsberg. Surrounded by forest and countryside, it offers peace, quiet, and a true escape into nature. The house has three bedrooms (one accessible from outside), a spacious kitchen-living area with dining table, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. From the garden, you can enjoy beautiful views of the surroundings. The last 10 km to the house is a mountain path, which is easily passable.

The region offers a variety of outdoor activities: hiking in the Sau- and Koralpe mountains, cycling on scenic paths, and skiing at the nearby Koralpe (18 km of slopes) or the Weinebene ski area in Sankt Gertraud (about 40 min). Just 5 km south is the St. Andräer See leisure facility, and the Wolfsberg Stadionbad provides summer swimming fun. Lake Klopein, one of Austria’s most famous lakes, is about 30 min by car.

Sankt Andrä and nearby towns offer plenty of shops and restaurants. Whether you are seeking an active holiday with hiking, cycling, and skiing, or a quiet retreat surrounded by mountains and lakes, this mountain hut provides the perfect base.

The cabin is incredibly cozy, well-equipped, and simply perfect for relaxing or studying, Cows graze right outside the front door, the weather was dreamy, and the surroundings invite you to walk and hike, :) You can feel that a lot of love for detail went into this place – nothing is missing, We felt completely at home and will definitely come back!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment à la Schröllhütte ! Le chalet est incroyablement confortable, parfaitement équipé et tout simplement idéal pour se détendre ou apprendre, Dehors, les vaches paissent juste devant la porte, le temps était magnifique et les environs invitent à se promener et à randonner, :) On sent qu'il a été travaillé ici avec beaucoup d'amour du détail - il ne manque de rien, Nous nous sommes sentis très bien et nous reviendrons certainement !

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Schröllhütte! Die Hütte ist unglaublich gemütlich, bestens ausgestattet und einfach perfekt, um zur Ruhe zu kommen oder zu lernen. Draußen grasen die Kühe direkt vor der Haustür, das Wetter war traumhaft und die Umgebung lädt zum Spazieren und Wandern ein. :) Man spürt, dass hier mit viel Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wurde – es fehlt an nichts. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

Familie Poinsitt ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die beschriebenen Schotterweg ist zum Glück nicht vorhanden, die Strecke führt aber schön über Bergwege mit einzigartigen Aussichten. Das Haus selber ist sehr schön und die Umgebung ist schön ruhig. Diesen Vermieter ist sehr empfehlenswert

Mooie streek. Prima huis, bos met wandelpaden op loopafstand (rechts weg op, na +- 100 meter links omhoog). Geen wifi maar dat missen we niet echt met een ruim 4g abonnement en wat downloads mee. Hond toegestaan maar het hek houdt de hond niet tegen want die kan de weg op, er rijdt niet veel verkeer maar toch en kan ook bij de koeien maar die gaan uit zichzelf 's middags naar de wei ernaast. Dus je moet je hond toch in de gaten houden. Bij het Ressnig meer kan je met de hond zwemmen. Weg naar boven hier en daar wat steil maar met 2 wiel aandrijving en ook vol beladen nog steeds goed te doen. Je hebt 20 minuten nodig naar de doorgaande weg, dan nog 5 naar de vele supermarkten in Wolfsberg. 3 slaapkamers waarvan 1 alleen buitenom bereikbaar is dus niet geschikt voor heel jonge kinderen alleen te laten slapen. Heeft weer wel een eigen wc. Al met al prima hier, mooie streek. Had de tuin een soort van schapen/kippengaas rondom opdat de hond onbewaakt los kon, dan was dat helemaal fantastisch. Er zijn geen muggen (juli) of dazen.

Wir hatten wunderschöne und erholsame Tage in der Schröllhütte. Es war sehr gemütlich, vorallem in der Stube am Kachelofen und es hat uns definitiv an nichts gefehlt. Alles war wie in der Beschreibung und wie auf den Bildern angekündigt. Besonders toll fanden wir, dass das Haus beinahe in Alleinlage am Hang steht und es wirklich sehr ruhig war. Man ist mitten in der Natur und unsere Hunde konnten frei am Haus laufen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolle Unterkunft!

Sehr tolle und saubere Unterkunft! Auch die Vermieter sind super lieb und aufgeschlossen. Wir waren mit 4 Freunden zum wandern unterwegs. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und abgelegen. Genau perfekt um abzuschalten!

Geweldig uitzicht in een vrijstaand boerderijtje. Prachtige natuur met bergen en de koeien waren vlak bij ons. De woning is met veel hout ingericht en ook compleet. Voor een supermarkt, moet je wel 10 km. rijden naar beneden, met veel bochten en smalle doorgangen. De weg is in de avond onverlicht. Het is er heel rustig.
