Well-appointed cottage with whirlpool and sauna close to one of Denmark's best sandy beaches in Marielyst. The cottage has i.a. wood burning stove, air / air heat pump and free internet. There are two bathrooms with shower, and one is equipped with a 2-person whirlpool, washing machine and direct access to the house's sauna. Open kitchen with i.a. dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave and freezer. The kitchen is combined with the living room, which is equipped with a large wood stove, TV with satellite dish and all DR's channels: DR1, DR2, DR3, DRK, Ramasjang and Ultra, stereo with CD, DVD player and blu-ray player. Laminate flooring in the kitchen and bedrooms as well as hardwood floors in the living room. Cot and high chair available. Swing and sandbox for the youngest children. The house is located on a large natural plot on a cul de sac. The house has an open and partially covered terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and prams. Not for rent to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
