Muy buenas vacaciones en valencia!

Buen Host. En cuanto la localización no es mal sitio ya que está entre el puerto y la zona centro. Por lo que te da más variedad de opciones en cuanto al ocio.

El check in estupendo pero todo lo de más lamentablemente bastante mejorable. Si el proveedor no tiene procesos de calidad implementado pues ha llegado el momento. El piso probablemente era muy bonito y limpio cuando han renovado, pero eso es pasado. Los paredes sucias, cortinas blancas ya casi negras, el banco parece limpio y en general todo solo parece limpio o estar en orden y en realidad o está roto o la limpieza hace ya tiempo no es efectivo. Ducha sucia ( no lo hemos usado, hemos viajado con 3 niños pequeños y hemos quedado por 2 noches) Los muebles apenas se mantienen juntos, parece que todo ha estado desmontado ya varias veces y luego lo han montado bastante malamente. Cocina también sólo parece limpio, está roto en muchos sitios. El patio inutilizable, telarañas en todo lado, no invita para salir fuera. Las sábanas parecen muy antiguas pero creo que estaban limpias ( el tiempo lo dirá) El barrio no es muy seguro, nosotros hemos reservado allí , porque estaba cerca a la familia. También era todo muy ruidoso, escuchaba los vecinos hasta muy tarde y los ruidos de la calle tampoco faltaban. En general si el apartamento estuviera bien cuidado y controlado tendría mucho potencial. Pero por ahora sólo me hace cuestionar los 60 y tanto Euros que hay que pagar por la limpieza y el comisión exagerado que Expedia ha cobrado por todo esto.

Saubere, geräumige Unterkunft mit guter Anbindung

Das Objekt ist gut ausgestattet, geräumig und sauber. Es hat eine gute Verkehrsanbindung (Metro in 5 Minuten erreichbar) und wesentliche Supermärkte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das einzige was tatsächlich gefehlt hat war einen Korkenzieher. Der Manager Antonio war sehr aufmerksam, super nett und zuverlässig. Auch die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war hervorragend.

Appartement sympathique

Très bonne semaine avec un super beau temps, appartement impeccable autant proche du centre que de la plage. Seul petit inconvénient le vis à vis de la terrasse.
