Beaverbank House is a bright 2 bedroom apartment recently renovated. A stand alone house with the apartment on 1st floor. Garden to the rear of house also. Supermarket within walking distance. Situated in a quiet street with free parking after 5.30pm Monday to Friday and free parking at weekends. With St. Andrews Square and Princes Street a 10 minute walk, Edinburgh Castle 20 mins walk away and Stockbridge next door. Botanical Gardens 5 minute walk.

Girls Trip to Edinburgh
Great Flat. Perfect for my group of 4 girlfriends. Located right near a grocery store. 20 minute walk to Princess Street that we made often. Across the street from what appeared to be student housing. Never felt unsafe. Close to pubs and restaurants. Plenty of street parking for our car rental. A car is not needed in Edinburgh but we chose to drive up North for 2 nights during our stay.

Fabulous Apartment
The apartment was in fantastic shape (very recently completely redone ). A relatively short walk to New and Old Town. No complaints at all. Highly recommended.
