A large modern newly built villa 200 sqm. 4 bedrooms, kitchen, 1 bathroom, 2 living rooms, laundry room, two large terraces in front and behind the house, with both sc and sun, large garage and a large garden. Barbecue area (in the yard) .and a balcony. Very good communications, the bus stop takes only 3 minutes to get to with several buses that take you to the subway in a few minutes or to the commute in 10 minutes. The commute takes 15 min. to the city. The metro takes about 30 min. into the city.
