Beautiful, newly built Villa Oleandra with private pool is located in the interior of Istria. Villa Oleandra will delight guests with its modern and comfortable, carefully furnished interior. It consists of two bedrooms with private bathrooms, a large living room with a dining area and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. The living room has access to a covered patio with seating furniture and a private infinity pool. All rooms are air-conditioned. The rental price includes the use of Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and covered parking inside the private fenced yard. Relax in the crystal clear waters of the pool after returning from the beach, a walk or bike ride through the wonderful nature of central Istria. Near the town of Pazin, in the heart of Istria is the town with the picturesque name - Sveti Petar u Sumi (St.Peter in the woods). This place is located 12km from Pazin and 25km from Porec and the sea.

Absolute perfection

Faultless. The property is exactly as described and absolutely spotless. Check-in/check out process was simple. Property manager was on hand 24/7 for any queries and was super helpful. Would happily return.

Perfect Holidays

We really enjoyed our stay in the new modern villa. The villa was very well equipped and is located in the center of Istria. Large supermarkets were easy and quick to reach by car (15-20 minutes) and little things could be bought in the small supermarket around the corner. The landlords were very friendly and helpful. We totally enjoyed the vacation there.

Sehr zu empfehlen

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, Betreuung vor Ort hervorragend. Umgebung sehr schön, sehr zentral (Istrien), sehr erholsam. Von dort aus kann man alle Touristen- Plätze besuchen. Wir werden sicher bald den nächsten Urlaub dort planen.
