At the gates of the historic center, a few steps from the central train station, about 1.5 km from the Fiera di Bologna.
Outside ZTL zone, pay parking in the street or private parking just in front of the structure.

Per quello che ci è servito, l'alloggio era perfetto. Abbastanza grande, attrezzato con tutte le cose necessarie e vicino alla stazione. L'unica pecca è forse la zona in cui si trova, di notte c'è stato un po' di rumore e di per sé la zona circostante alla stazione non è il massimo della sicurezza ma ciò non distoglie dalla nostra permanenza che è stata più positiva e dovesse esserci la necessità nel futuro, ci piacerebbe tornarci.

Ho avuto modo di soggiornare una notte in questo appartamento a margine di una conferenza. L'ho trovato veramente eccellente nel rapporto qualità/prezzo. E' nuovissimo, davvero molto comodo, ben arredato (c'è tutto il necessario senza orpelli inutili) ed è ottimamente posizionato. Consigliatissimo sia per utenza business che turistica.
