Quiet getaway only 20 minutes drive from Nimes

The owner was very attentive, but before, under and at the end of the stay. I can recommend a stay here and the house is well equipped for 10 people and lots of space to stay both in the shade and the sun.

Well equipped accommodation as a base for trips to the sea or sightseeing

The accommodation was well equipped. The owner was very communicative, friendly and responded to questions very quickly. It was very hot during our stay and we really enjoyed the air conditioning and the pool. We could also enjoy grapes and tomatoes from the garden. It would be good if each person had two towels to use. One is very little and I still bought some. All in all it was a very nice holiday. MERCI

Extensive modern villa in suberbs of Nimes

The property is as described in the description and photos except for the piano which has been removed. There are lots of mod cons including hi tech tvs, mood lighting etc. If anything a little complex for a rental property. The pool is clean, and well equiped, the grandchildren loved it. We did not use the extensive cooking and barbecue equipment much. The proerty is very secure with double electric gates. It is right next door to a small arena, and ther was bull running when we were there. Clarensac is quite a small village, but you can quickly reach Nimes or other pretty villages within 30 minutes. Jean Paul was extremely helpful in all respects.

Vi havde en helt igennem skøn ferie i dette dejlige hus som var placeret på stor, privat grund med egen svømmepool - perfekt til afslapning og familiehygge. Udlejer gav en grundig og informativ introduktion til huset ved ankomst, hvilket gjorde det nemt at føle sig hjemme. Han var desuden fleksibel ved afrejse, hvilket vi satte stor pris w. Alt i alt en fremragende oplevelse- vi vender meget gerne tilbage til både huset og den venlige udlejer.

Leuke locatie en fijne buiten. Huis is voorzien van de basis voorzieningen. Wat meer kastruimte en meer handdoeken (1 handdoek pp) was handig geweest. Fijne vakantie gehad.

Villa conforme à la description, très bien équipée et climatisée, très belles terrasses, espace piscine sécurisée et très agréable. L'espace extérieur est très agréable et permet le stationnement de plusieurs voitures. Petit bémol, les chambres de l'étage demanderaient un rafraîchissement.

Séjour familial pendant la canicule

M. Herrou est extrêmement prévenant et nous a très bien accueillis, informés et secondés. La maison est vaste, très confortable, facile à vivre et très très bien équipée. Les deux terrasses permettent de vivre dedans/dehors directement sur le beau jardin arboré, et de changer d'endroit selon le temps et l'heure. La piscine est juste parfaite avec un enfant encore jeune : sécurisée par une grille, avec une partie pas trop profonde, et toujours limpide grâce au robot d'entretien. La clim dans toute la maison a été un vrai plus en cette période de forte canicule. A recommander chaleureusement !

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par le propriétaire et tout était prêt à notre arrivée pour que nous passions un agréable séjour. Ce fut le cas. Nous étions une famille de 10 personnes, dont 5 enfants (de 12 ans à 16 mois). La maison est parfaitement adaptée et sécurisée. Chacun y a trouvé son plaisir : piscine, baby-foot, billard, soleil, plancha, farniente... Je recommande chaleureusement.

Tolle Ferien in tollem Haus!

Wir waren zwei Wochen in diesem wunderbaren Haus und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter antwortet stets prompt und ist warmherzig und verständnisvoll. Wir waren zwei Familien mit fünf Jungs im Alter von 7 bis 11Jahren und alle hatten Platz. Die diversen Spielmöglichkeiten im und um das Haus waren toll, vor allem der Pool war ständig in Betrieb und die große Terrasse ist phänomenal. Auch die Lage des Hauses und des Ortes waren sehr gut, da es uns möglich war in kurzen Fahrdistanzen viele bekannte Sehenswürdigkeiten zu sehen (Nimes, Arles, Pont du Gard...), aber auch die nähere Umgebung mit den kleineren Dörfern und Märkten kennen zu lernen. Auch da waren die Tipps des Vermieters sehr hilfreich. Alles in allem sind wir alle voll zufrieden und haben wunderbare Ferien in Clarensac verbracht und würden das Haus jederzeit weiter empfehlen.

Superbes vacances

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette villa, un accueil très chaleureux de son propriétaire qui prend le temps de vous expliquez les choses à savoir. Il reste disponible en cas de besoin ou de questions. La villa est conforme a la description et aux photos. La grande terrasse couverte est vraiment appréciable surtout quand il fait très chaud. La piscine et la terrasse sont sécurisées par des barrières, très pratique avec des enfants en bas âge. Tout est la pour passer de très bonnes vacances.

Nous avons adoré

Nous avons passé deux semaines de rêves dans la villa. Tout est parfait. La piscine est très agréable. Tout est parfaitement sécurisé (on était avec un enfant de deux ans). Le salon est très sympa mais on a passé notre vie sur la terrasse. Elle est juste parfaite. On retourne cet été avec le plus grand plaisir.

Un séjour très agréable

La maison est très bien équipée et dispose d'une très belle terrasse couverte, vous abritant du vent et du soleil. le rez-de-chaussez est très bien aménagé et dispose d'une grande salle de bain. L'étage est plus étriqué, et dispose d'une petite salle de bain. Petite remarque : une très bonne literie cotoie des canapés lits un peu moins confortables. Le propriétaire s'est montré très disponible et agréable. Au final, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Très belles prestations, les propriétaires sont accueillants et très agréables, disponibles et à l'écoute. L 'espace piscine, jardin, terrasse sont magnifiquement bien entretenus. Le tout correspond tout à fait à ce que l'annonce et les photos décrivent. Tout est prévu pour une dizaine de personnes, piscine avec grande plage, coin barbecue, une magnifique et très grande terrasse entièrement couverte. Une villa vraiment très agréable et surtout très fonctionnelle. Nous avons passé une belle semaine en famille. Nous n'avons pas pu en découvrir toutes les facettes de cette belle région par manque de temps, nous y retournerons donc avec plaisir.
