Tout est dans la vue… très agréable. Quartier calme. C’est une maison jumelée vétuste. Les extérieurs sont peu entretenus. La literie est confortable et récente. Le séjour une chambre avec vue mer sont lumineux, le reste de la maison est sombre. Pas d’intimité à l’extérieur, côté mer, avec vue directe chez les voisins :-// (clôture basse ).

Authentic Sardinian Beachfront Experience

Had a wonderful time at this beachfront property in Putzu Idu. Perfectly located—just a short walk to the main sandy beach, S'Architteddu, and only a short drive to S'Anea Scoada and Sa Mesa Longa. Quiet, yet close to the local conveniency store and a short walk (on the beach) to the best restaurant in the area. Mario and Francesco are great hosts, always ready to help.

Wunderbare Lage

Das Haus umfasst 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, Wohnzimmer und Küche und bietet hinten und vorne Sitzplätze. So ist es möglich, das Frühstück bei Sonnenschein zu geniessen und das Nachtessen auf der Meerseite mit toller Meersicht auf der anderen Seite. Der Weg zum flachen Sandstrand geht durch einen ca. 10 m langen Pfad. Francesco und sein Vater Mario haben sich bestens und kompetent um uns gekümmert. Auf jeden Fall haben wir den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen.

Sehr ruhige Gegend, top Lage am Strand, sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter.

Landestypische Ausstattung, sehr sauber, auf jeden Fall zum empfehlen besonders wenn jemand ein Boot hat, keine Hafengebühren etc.☺️☺️

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir waren das erste Mal in einem Ferienhaus und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Einrichtung ist gut und sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht. das Einchecken war super.Wir waren sehr früh da und konnten trotzdem schon in das Haus. Das war top!

Traumhafte Lage

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht und liegt ganz und gar ruhig am Ortsrand. Die Nähe zum Meer ist faszinierend und macht den besonderen Charme dieses Hauses aus. Francesco und sein Vater Mario haben alles getan, um uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Beide sind absolut zuvorkommend und haben uns gute Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge in die Umgebung gegeben. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft.

Empfehlenswert!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Francesco (und auch sein Vater) war für uns immer erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Von der hinteren Terasse gelangt man in nur wenigen Schritten direkt ans Meer. Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Fantastisch ! So muss Familienurlaub sein

Ein sehr schönes Haus. War alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Ausstattung enthielt alles was man braucht. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet. Die Außendusche war sehr hilfreich, um sich vom Strand den Sand abzuwaschen. Im Garten war ein sehr großer Grill, mit dem wir super Barbecues machen konnten. Fahrrad war nur eines vorhanden. Hat aber gut gereicht um morgens Brötchen zu holen. Bei Bedarf hätte man in dem Ort noch weitere Räder mieten können. Viel schöner als auf den Fotos ersichtlich. Die beiden Terrassen sind super. Beide Bereiche sind eingezäunt, so dass unsere Kinder die ganze Zeit bedenkenlos im Haus und Garten rumlaufen lassen konnten. Man hat auf einer Terasse immer Sonne. Morgens beim Frühstück und dann abends vor der schönen Kulisse. Der Ausblick abends auf den Sonnenuntergang am Meer einfach traumhaft. Besonders, wenn abends die Flamingos direkt vor dem Haus vorbeifliegen. Die Lage direkt am Wasser ist top. Ein Steinwurf entfernt. Der Strand ist super für Familien. sehr feiner Sand und es geht lange ganz flach ins Wasser, so dass Kinder dort gefahrlos spielen können. So gut wie keine Strömung. Die Internetverbindung war schnell und stabil. Der Vermieter war immer sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Er hat sogar extra für uns einen Kinderstuhl besorgt, bevor wir ankamen und dafür gesorgt, dass auch deutsches Fernsehen über Satellit erreichbar ist. Wir haben auch viele Tipps für Ausflüge, zum Einkaufen etc. vom Vermieter bekommen. Bei allen Fragen und Anliegen wurde uns von der ganzen Familie auch während des Aufenthalts immer sofort und zuverlässig geholfen. Alle waren sehr gastfreundlich. vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
