The VILLA is situated on Coral Bay, 1.5km from the beach and 1km from the bars and restaurants. The nearest airport is Paphos airport, which is only 25 minutes far away from the villa (15 km).
Near the villa (5-8 minutes by foot) is situated a very famous restaurant and club, “Neos club and restaurant”, which offers very good food and many choices of games, as Bowling and Snooker tables. Also near the villa (10 minutes by foot) is the biggest supermarket of Coral Bay Area, which offers free transfer to and from the villa. On Coral Bay area there is a local bus service.

Perfect peace snd privacy

The host was lovely, left us a welcome pack of useful groceries on arrival and Cypriot souvenirs when we left. She allowed us stay until 8pm in the villa as we had a late flight, at no extra cost. Having the car was so useful and it is insured for you. The villa was clean and had all you needed, a bit dated but felt homely. The gardens needed some attention but the peace they offered plus the size of the pool was wonderful.waking up in total privacy with a sea view, and listening to nature was the most restful holiday. We would stay again. The shortest walking route into town was on the road past Neos bar and follow the road down to Phillpos store, then do a right, its about 20 mins. I think if they spent the money needed to upgrade the villa and gardens it would cost twice the price to stay there. We loved it snd would stay again. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Awesome place

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa, everything as it was in the pictures. We were met by a lovely woman to hand us the keys to the villa and the car. The rep was very helpful with everything, she arranged our taxi from the airport and back, which I think was very kind. Nothing was too much for them. They gave us water wine and bits and pieceswhich helped for our arrival. The day before we left the Host's gave us a goody bag with souvenirs to take back home. We want to thank you all so much for making us feel so welcomed. The pool was cleaned regular with us it's a plus for us as I know other places clean the pool once a week. Keep up the good work, we are looking at coming back next year. Thank you so so much

4 weeks overlooking Coral Bay

On arrival we were very disappointed as the villa had not been aired and was extremely cold. However, a new electric fire came the next day and the temperature gradually improved. The villa is situated in a very beautiful site with magnificent views of the bay - we particularly loved the amazing sunsets. The villa was clean; however, the outside needed a lot more tlc. Piles of stuff waiting to be removed need clearing and the matting area needs pegging down and weeds removed. The reps were lovely and brought local pastries and the like as gifts. They produced everything we asked for and went to a lot of effort to make sure we were OK. The little car was extremely welcome and well used.

Summer 2024

We had a wonderful stay in villa Agridiana. Set in a quiet location, approximately one mile from Coral Bay strip, the villa is spacious with a lovely large private pool, plus the added bonus of a pool table, football table and ping pong table so lots to keep the kids entertained. We were welcomed with gifts and a few essentials and more kind gestures during our stay. The host company were extremely responsive to very minor issues that arose and went above and beyond to resolve them immediately. The free car to use was an added bonus and was perfect for a local run around, but it could have been clearer this was for use in the local area only as we had planned a trip further out. The villa is a little dated but this is shown in the photos so we knew what we were getting. It would be even better if they spent a little bit of money modernising the inside, and removing some of additional furniture around that takes up a lot of space. That said, the beds were comfortable, there were no issues with air con and the pool was cleaned twice a week. There was no space inside for a dining table so we used the breakfast bar, which worked well for us. We would definitely recommend this villa and would hope to come back again sometime in the future.

Wonderful villa with fantastic hosts and free car!

This villa, although not modern feels so homely and endearingly quirky. It has absolutely everything you could need and more! Massive bonus having the car and we were picked up and dropped to the airport laden with a bag of bakery items for our journey courtesy of our amazing hosts who had also filled the fridge with some basics on arrival so no rush to do the shopping. We received a wonderful bag of souvenirs way above and beyond expectations. The pool was cleaned every 3 days days and the villa was spotless. We also viewed another of their villas which also had amazing facilities and more bedrooms. Will definitely be back as soon as we can!

Amazing villa with breathtaking views and huge pool! And free car!

Amazing holiday! Perfect Villa for families. Views from the pool area absolutely stunning. Villa very clean and well equipped. Everything what you need on holiday is there. Ladies from the agency sorted out our transfer from the airport. On arrival the fridge was packed with food drinks and beer! Villa comes with free car too! Towards the end of our holiday the same lovely lady popped in and gave us huge bag full of beautiful souvenirs and gifts for our little one. We’ve had a late flight so we’ve asked if we could have a late checkout. Not only we could stay as long as we needed but we were offered to take villa car to the airport and the rep collected it from the airport front door. Absolute stars! I’d recommend it 100% and definitely going back.

Good value for money, big pool. Needs a bit of tidying up.

Excellent value for money: big pool, large outdoor space and good sized two-bed villa. The two ladies taking care of the property are incredibly thoughtful, helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They even brought pastries one morning! Also communication with the head-office is fast and efficient. The house is really good value for money considering size, location and facilities. The decor is quite dated and it is somewhat over-furnished (we counted 7 sofas inside and outside!) There is also quite a lot of used or broken items which have been replaced but the old ones left around the property. It’s a shame as a quick clean up would really improve the villa! The villa has most necessities, and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Pool is cleaned by a lovely pool man a couple of times per week. The wifi is not great, fine for surfing on your phone but not suitable for working from home. The little car was great to get around in. It does say however on the agreement you can’t take it out of the Pafos district so if you are wanting to go further afield you might need an alternative. Not the most modern or stylish of properties, but it has everything you need and looking at other villas in the same area it’s hard to find other similar accommodation for the same price. We really enjoyed our 3 week stay!

Probably the best place to stay in Coral Bay

We were a family of 4 with small children and my in-laws. We were arriving two days later than in-laws and a representative picked them up from the airport. The fridge was packed with food so in-laws did not need to go to the grocery store until we arrived. Everyone was treated with presents. A swimming pool was so lovely that we almost did not want to go to the beach. BBQ in the evenings in fantastic. And the view is unbeatable.

First of all I can't thank the owner, agent, Anna and George enough for their overwhelming hospitality. As a lady travelling alone, George and Anna met me in person at the airport, which was so lovely and great journey to the villa . The communication is first class. The villa itself is fabulous. Welcome pack on arrival and Anna delivered delicious cakes. The pool is even bigger in real life with cushioned sunloungers. Everything you possibly need inside and very clean. The car was a fabulous bonus. Very private and peaceful. Souvenirs on the way home too. They truly want you to have a wonderful holiday experience and I certainly did. Already booked for next year and can't wait. Thanks everyone for such fantastic hospitality. See you next year.

Had s lovely reasonably priced holiday at villa Agridiana. Everything we could possibly need for a family holiday. The pool was large and the highlight in the hot weather. The only thing I would say which I dont want to be seen as a negative is that there was far to much stuff like bikes with flat tyres, punctured lilos, etc. It would look great to clear all the rubbish away that no longer works . Would stay again. Anna totally spoilt us with offerings from the bakery.

Lovely Cyprus Holiday

The Villa and Pool were lovely and clean, great to have free WIFI, free air conditioning and also the added bonus of a hire car for use at no extra cost, all in all a great value holiday in a great location. The property management were very very friendly and catered for all our needs, the lovely lady Anna even came and delivered some cakes and doughnuts! Such lovely friendly agents to deal with. I will definitely be booking again. Just one comment the gardens could do with a tidy up but that will not put me off going again. The pool was cleaned twice in the week we were there, the pool and sun loungers were great for those lazy days in the beautiful sunshine.

Lovely property with great views

Great location just above Coral Bay with easy access to other beaches - lovely one for snorkeling just below Agios Georgios church. The pool was a really good size, with plenty of loungers and the opportunity to have both full sun and shade. We made good use of the car - which was a great add on - and the pool table in the evenings. Beds were comfy and kitchen well equipped. There was also a really good welcome pack including bread, milk, cheese and eggs, and the manager popped in with a lovely cake part way through. For the teenagers the Wi-Fi worked really well and the aircon was a big bonus for all ages. All in all a lovely relaxing holiday, just as we wanted. We loved the Cyprus hospitality and will be back :)

Use to store disused equpment from other villas

Place bore little relation as far as tidyness and grounds keeping are concerned. Both cars we were given were not roadworthy. I could go on. I have photos to prove this. Avoid

We are wondering why you have submitted this review. When our rep visited you, you expressed your satisfaction seeing that there is no any problem in the villa. You refused the electrical car and you preferred to use Mercedes. After 4 days you complained about the car saying that it is not working as your car in UK. We offer you BMW and you kept it for the next days. As regards Mercedes, we have check it and there was not any problem. We have got a certificate which shows that there is no any problem, mechanical or electrical. Is it sure you have own Mercedes car? Why you have wrote such things? For many years our villa is very popular because we care about our guest to be happy and enjoyed their stay there without spending money for hire a car (because our car is free) and we have the best prices in the area. By this way we advertised our villa. Proof of this there are the six 5stars review we have until now.

Wonderful Holiday. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful holiday, the Villa was clean and well equipped. We were welcomed on arrival by a lovely lady who called in a few times during our 3 week stay to check all was ok and always brought a gift which was a lovely personal touch. My daughter and granddaughter joined us for some of our stay and my granddaughter really appreciated the family friendly items in the Villa. The car was great and enabled us to visit some lovely beaches both sandy and rocky snorkelling areas. We cooked in and ate out, I can highly recommend the breakfast at Neo. We have visited Peyia many times and this is the most welcoming place we have been to. We have already booked for next year.

Ruime villa met heerlijk zwembad

Ondanks dat de villa hier en daar misschien wat onderhoud kan gebruiken hebben wij hier een heerlijke vakantie gehad. De villa is ruim en alles is aanwezig (wasmachine, vaatwasser, warme douche en goede bedden!). Bij onze late aankomst stond er een ruim welkomst pakket voor ons klaar, zodat wij de volgende ochtend lekker konden ontbijten. De villa zag er wat rommelig uit met (te) veel losse spullen, maar was super schoon. De dame die de villa runt is ontzettend aardig en kwam meerdere keren langs met zoetigheid en zelfs souvenirs voor mee naar huis. Wij waren verbaasd over de rust rond het huis, Op een enkele auto na hoorden wij alleen de vogels en krekels. Ondanks dit was je met de auto binnen een paar minuutjes op het strand, of bij de restaurants. Buiten is een geweldig groot privezwembad met mooi uitzicht op zee en op 2 minuten rijden vind je een grote supermarkt waar je werkelijk alles vindt. Ook verse vis en heerlijk vlees voor op de bbq! In de omgeving is genoeg te doen en te vinden. Mooie stranden, oude opgravingen en lekkere restaurantjes. Wij kunnen deze villa dan ook aanraden voor een reis naar Cyprus.

i went with my wife for a rest and we had one . the free car was great . there is a supermarket and a couple of bars and restaurants within 1 mile of the villa . the villa has everything you need and was clean with a big swimming pool and games for the children . the owners were lovely people and very helpful i will be going back again

Great Accommodation ...everything provided.

We had a great holiday in Villa Agridiana, set in a great location with sea views. Although we had a little trouble finding the place, we were pleasantly surprised by an extensive 'welcome pack' after our journey. The following morning the lovely lady who looks after the place turned up bearing doughnuts and local pastries (more was to follow further into the holiday) which was a very thoughtful. We had a little trouble getting the dishwasher working but the lady worked so hard to successfully resolve the problem. The villa has much to amuse the whole party, a very large pool which is cleaned regularly throughout and which has all sorts of fun inflatables. There is also a table tennis table and a table football game (albeit a little worse for wear but usable)and swings. The best of all, however, is the full size pool table which was very well used by all the visitors in this party! Neo's Sports Club is just down the road, great decor and super food, and special thanks went to the friendly owner who led us to our villa when we were struggling to find it on arrival. There is a large supermarket on the main road close to Coral Bay which has some fantastic places to eat, with Samisen Teppenyake a special favourite. On leaving our grandson was heartbroken to have to depart but the lady turned up again with lovely leaving gifts which sweetened the pill and was another great thought. We are very much looking forward to next year!!!!
