This was a great experience.First communication with the host was excellent, you received all the information you need to know in a timely manner.The room was very clean and you had everything that you need in the bathroom and kitchen. The beds were very comfortable to sleep on. The view of the beach and city was great.You even have beach towels and extra large towels for the beach and boogie boards for kids or adults if you feel the need.The sunrise and sunset views were absolutely stunning!!Thank you for being a great host!Will visit again, worth it!!!

Communication from the host was wonderful. The room was spacious and clean with plenty of towels, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. The beds were comfortable. The view was great. The location was an easy walk to Seabreeze and City Walk. The beach access was easy. There was plenty of parking. The pool was really big with lots of seating, however, it was not heated. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice location, access to beach and ample parking. Clean space, small but mainly used for sleeping and getting ready. Was quiet and offered great views. We didn’t use the pool or other amenities but would stay here again.

Family vacation

The place was nice and clean. It’s an older building but the owner has taken great care of the room and keeps it updated. Owner was quick with communication and help when needed. The pool and beach access was nice and newly renovated. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Stay was convenient to the Raceway for the 24 hour race. Great communication and very clean.

This property is located on the beach and it is very nice! We enjoyed our stay and the communication was excellent! We felt that everything was nice and very well laid out and easy to navigate! Thanks for taking some of the stress out of traveling!

Nice quiet beachfront property.

Older but nice peaceful location. Far enough from all the hustle but close enough to walk wherever is needed. Owner communicated everything promptly and our stay was a breeze.

The host is wonderful to work with and the neighbors that live there are very friendly. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The beach was not crowded like it may have been further south. If you are healthy the pier, some shops and activities are within walking distance. We are in our 60's and didn't have problems. Like most of Daytona, there is a large homeless population, and while we saw some, none were on the property. We felt safe but it's always wise to keep an eye out. It was my second trip staying here and we would definitely stay here again.

Autism Wish trip

From the first moment we arrived we were happy. Everything from parking elevator to halls and room quite and clean. My kids enjoyed the beach toys in the room. My daughter even put some more in it for the next kids. Plenty room to enjoy ourselves and relax. Definitely will visit again!!! Loved it

Lovely Place

The place looks exactly like the photos. The balcony faces the ocean. Beach is literally behind the building. Great parking. Nice and quiet. Very clean and also has what you need for a comfortable stay. The host is very helpful and guide you for easy check-in. Walking distance to Boardwalk/Pier. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely return to this rental!

Nice little beach front property

The latest was great at providing tons of info about the booking! I was a little upset that the room did not look out toward the ocean, but I could see and hear it I guess. Otherwise, it was a very reasonable listing and I appreciated the discount for a single night stay.

Well, You can see the Ocean from both beds from the window if you are lying down or standing up. It is not as gregarious as an Ocean Front Room View but a more settle Side Building Ocean View.

Last day of school!

Every year for last 4yrs my nephews and I go to the beach. They love going to different rental properties. The host was very efficient with communication and entry was easy! The unit was clean and we had everything we needed! On staff workers keep the place clean. The residence at the property where very welcoming and enjoyed seeing the kids have fun! The views were awesome as well! Loved our stay.
