The retreat features in the heart of a large mountain-view garden, for a truly tranquil setting in which family and friends can enjoy quality moments together.

Inside a wealth of exposed beams and character charm offer an inviting interior in which to relax and socialise. The villa features two stylish living rooms, one to the ground floor and the second to the upper floor. In the principal living area guests can easily curl up on the soft leather sofa suite in front of a roaring fire. With its high beamed ceiling, direct garden access and adjoining dining area, the scene is set for entertaining. A music stereo, guitar and book collection are also on hand for guests’ amusement.

The separate kitchen is fully-equipped for stress-free stays, with all the must-have appliances to hand including an oven, cooker hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. French doors from the kitchen lead directly out to a sunny terrace. Ideal for making the most of the mountainside scenery, guests can enjoy sitting out here with a morning coffee, an evening drink or a relaxed alfresco meal.

The sitting room to the first floor is reached by a gallery which overlooks the ground floor living room. The lovely light and welcoming aspect here makes it ideal for relaxing with a good book. For additional entertainment, a spacious games room overlooking the garden features table tennis, for year-round fun.

Families and groups of 6 can easily feel at home, with one spacious double bed with balcony access to the first floor featuring alongside a large loft-style family room furnished with a single bed with pull out option and two single sofa beds.

The villa further features 2 spacious family bathrooms, each fitted with a bath tub, wash basin, WC and bidet.

Outside the glorious communal garden (shared with Villa La Betulla) enables guests to soak up a carefree holiday; with an alfresco dining terrace and private parking conveniently to hand.

From the mountainside village setting of San Fedele Intelvi, guests are just a 17 minute drive away from Argegno. Situated along the lakeshore of Lake Como, the ancient town offers cafes and restaurants to enjoy as well as easy access by car/ public transport to the central lake attractions and the cosmopolitan city of Como.
