For a dream vacation, near the beaches of Mojácar and the incredible coves offered by Cabo de Gata, the apartment is located in a pleasant complex, with large green areas, huge pool, jacuzzi and 550m from the beach, bars , restaurants, supermarkets and shops.

For those who do not wish to use the car during their stay, they can park in the underground private garage. Very good bus connection, every 30 minutes to Vera, and the town of Mojácar, 10 minutes inland.

The apartment is on the ground floor with a large terrace and private garden just in front of the POOL and JACUZZI, accessible only to guests.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms with bathroom included, fully furnished and equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. Air conditioning throughout the apartment.

Ideal accommodation for couples, adventurers, families (with children) and for people with reduced mobility. Minimum 3 nights according to season.

Una casa preciosa super amplia totalmente equipada fuimos con nuestros dos niños pequeños y hemos estado de maravilla, tiene salida por el jardín a la piscina!! Se está en la gloria!! Appartement en rdc spacieux et confortable avec terrasse et petit jardin situé juste en face de la piscine. Résidence calme et très bien entretenue. Nous avons apprécié la localisation de la résidence à proximité de la plage, des restaurants et des bars.

A bright, clean, well appointed apartment on the ground floor with French doors giving views over the terrace and gated garden to the large pool and extensive well cultivated communal grounds. In early October the sun left the garden after 15.00, but remained on the pool and grounds until after 18.00, and temperature was in the mid-20s. When we were not seeing a sick friend, who lived nearby, we ate out at a number of nearby restaurants, and enjoyed a pleasant musical evening at the Ankara beach bar. They were all happy to book taxis back up to the apartment ( 5-7 euros).
