We had a great stay at this condo. The only downside we had was to get into pool or beach area you have to have key fob. We had multiple people staying with us so this was difficult with only one fob for this access. Besides that we had wonderful stay.

Nice Stay!

The place was a nice place to stay! Only cons is parking is a little tight, you only get 1 key fob for pool access, the furniture/decor is slightly different than pictured. Overall would stay there again if chosen to.

Great view and easy access to beach

We liked this place. We didn’t like the balcony/indoor balcony. Our TV needed new batteries to control the remote, which I paid for. The AC was not working on the 2nd day. It was repaired on the 2nd day - good. I loved that they had security on site. Great location to the area. Clean.

Vacation

Overall the stay was great. The furniture in the picture is not what is there. The chairs they do have a very heavy and hard to move. Also, very uncomfortable.

Gulf Shores

A lot of building work was being done. Created a lot of noise. One elevator was working. This didn’t pose issues , just observations. The unit was as advertised.

Girl friends beach trip

This was a perfect setup for us as we both had hip replacements a few months ago. So easy to get onto the beach and not too far to walk. The rental chair were ready and waiting. The room was very nice with all the expected amenities. Washer and dryer worked great. The balcony was enclosed, so made the living room larger. The sliding doors still open so you can hear the surf if you want to, but it was hot so we just enjoyed the beautiful view from the 11th floor. We liked that it was not one of the huge condos as the parking was easy and not far to walk and had 2 elevators, so never any waiting.

Right on the beach.

This property is in a great location. We missed not having a balcony to sit on. The second bathroom is not attached to a bedroom. Those were issues for us. The kitchen was not as full as other kitchens we have stayed at. The showers do not have any grab bars, which makes it harder for an older person to get in and out.
