Our comfortable and elegant apartment adapted for 4 people, is located in the main street next to Puerta del Sol, has a great terrace to share pleasant moments.
It has a double bed of 1.50 x 1.90.

Equipped with a full kitchen, a spacious bathroom with shower and everything you need for a memorable stay in the heart of Madrid.
It's located a few meters from the Puerta del Sol, a few minutes walk from Gran Vía, La Latina and you can even walk to the main tourist attractions of the city.

Cozy Accommodation

Cozy little apartment near attractions. We had a very easy time getting to the property, though communication with the property manager was challenging. We did not receive our check in procedure (via email) until a few hours before we arrived. There were several steps to complete with digital agreements, passport photos, etc…however the instructions came promptly once my tasks were completed (~30 minutes later). They do not respond through VRBO chat option. The outdoor area is as pictured and gave us a wonderful view of sunrise and sunset. Bed was typical European bed, hard and near to the ground. The couch was comfortable enough for our tall teen. There is an elevator to take you to the 6th floor. It is a small lift, but adequate. We would definitely stay here again now that we know what to expect.

Perfect Location

The location was perfect. Apartment was very nice. Lovely terrace. We did have difficulty getting access to the building. No one responded when we rang for building entry. Another person staying there came by and let us in.

L’appartement a besoin d’une rénovation de la literie, cousin, terrasse… C’est dommage car très bien placé. 200€ de caution qui ne seront sûrement jamais rendu car l’entreprise qui gère l’appartement ne répond pas… Arrivé pas de clés. On a dû attendre dehors avec 40° plus d’une heure.

The apartment is as pictured but could really use a good cleaning. The couch is covered in stains as are the carpets. Communication before arrival went fine but when we were trying to get into the apartment no one was there and we had to rely on another tenants kindness to give us access into the lobby. I called and texted many times to get help but we never got an answer. All this said, the location was very good and we walked everywhere and felt safe. The balcony is huge and with the windows shut its quite inside. The only AC unit is in the bedroom.
