stay bright two-bedroom whose salon has two balconies overlooking the street. All floors are marble. The two bedrooms are located inside the building so they are very quiet.
It is a first floor. It is furnished with a three seater sofa, two armchairs, a wooden coffee table, shelving with LCD TV and DVD and a wooden dining table for four. The master bedroom has a double bed (1,60x1,90) and the other has a single bed (0,90x1,90). Bathroom with shower. The kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer, oven, four-burner hob, washing machine and a breakfast bar with two stools. There is an additional toilet. All marble floors except the bathroom and kitchen where they are ceramic.

The street can be loud all night. Right above a Burger King that is open 24 hours a day. But walkable to so much. And that’s great. The sheets on the queen bed had stains on them. We had trouble with the air conditioning but that was fixed our second day there. It’s a great spot for people watching.

Perfect Location! Clean, Modern, Spacious & Comfortable!
It was as advertised. Even closer than I realized to Plaza de Sol. Right in the heart of the city. Beautiful apartment, it was clean and well kept. Very spacious and comfortable! 2 balconies were a perfect addition to see all the activity below. Even though the apartment overlooks a bustling street off Plaza de Sol, you can hear no outside noise at all in the bedrooms.

Emplacement parfait
Emplacement parfait pour une 1ere visite touristique de Madrid. L’appartement est en plein centre de 5 à 20 minutes de tous les sites intéressants de la ville. L’appartement est spacieux et même s’il donne sur une rue très animée les chambres sont tranquilles. Toutes les services ce font à pied; aucun véhicule n’est requis. Appartement extrêmement propre est complet. Kit de bienvenue avec eau fraîche, savon/ shampoing/ éponge / lessive etc. Nous avons même eu droit à un nouveau set de serviettes au 3ieme jour. Je recommande les appartements Carretas c’est super!
