40 sq m house. Entrance with open living room with large mezzanine bed h 1.60 m, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen on the veranda, large terrace of 40 sq m on the same level. Loft type lounge-veranda-terrace only connected environment, separate bedroom. 80 sq m total, very enjoyable in the summer months. panoramic inserted in the historic center and in an ideal geographical context, immersed in the Circeo National Park, an ideal microclimate for the concomitance of the sea, the lake, and Mount Circeo.
