Only 25 km away from Anchialos airport, this spacious, self-contained, coastal apartment (160 sqm) is located in the quiet and peaceful area in Marathos bay, in the heart of Pagasitikos Gulf, only 10 minutes drive away from the culturally vibrant area of the town of Volos at the foot of mountain Pelion.
Its space
A 160 sqm apartment, fully renovated with a spacious living room with a piano, a dining room that can easily sit 8 people and a sitting room with a flat screen TV, a fireplace and two bookcases is appealing to families and groups of friends. The kitchen is quite modern with granite counters and all the necessary appliances (ceramic oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle). The view to the sea from the balcony doors as well as the kitchen windows is absolutely breathtaking. You can spend moments of relaxation and peace just by staring at the sea. Another highlight at the house would be the converted loft which can sleep up to 5 people with its private bathroom. Needless to say that there is air-conditioning in the house and central heating for winter months.

The view of the house from its balcony can only be described as breathtaking and stunning. Its location, 100 metres walk to the sea, make it easy for the guests to enjoy swimming, diving in the crystal clear waters of Marathos or even sunbathe in the sandy beach at any time throughout the day. For those who may feel like chilling out, the house offers them the chance to lie in the garden, enjoy the hammock, play table tennis or even ride a bike to explore the area and find remote beaches hidden amongst the rocks.(masks for the diving for the diving and rackets for the beach are provided).
The settlement of Marathos is a peaceful destination that offers moments of relaxation, pleasure and spending time with both family and friends!!!!
