Prenoto in data 15/08/2024 x una notte 4 persone ,mi addebitano l'importo sulla carta nel immediato, mi metto in viaggio, dopo che arrivo a destinazione ho chiamato il numero verde con attesa di 15 minuti x sapere il numero civico della struttura mi cancellano la prenotazione, la struttura è occupata . Abbiamo dormito in auto Pessimi. Mai più. non

Gentile Signora, è consigliabile utilizzare la prenotazione immediata come un'opportunità e non come una tagliola come Lei ha fatto.Prenotazione effettuata la notte di Ferragosto per il giorno dopo,una sola notte a prezzo neanche da camping, si mette in viaggio..e non si preoccupa di nulla. Alle 17,12 del 16 agosto invia una mail dicendo che arriva per le 18 e fuori dell'orario consentito per il ceck-in chiedendo l'indirizzo. Le consiglio di accertarsi del buon fine della prenotazione prima di mettersi a fare questi viaggi..Soprattutto se prenota la tarda serata di Ferragosto considerato che non tutti fanno gli host h 24... un caro saluto
