Newly renovated rain shower.
Large master bedroom is over 13sqm with king-size 150cm wide bed, sash windows, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Smaller guest room is under 5sqm with a top of the range pull-down double wall bed measuring 135cm wide. When the bed is up it turns into a desk.
There is a utility cupboard inside the flat with Bosch Washer-Dryer, shelves and Dyson vacuum cleaner. Three drawers and a cupboard space to hang clothes as well as lots of shelf space.
A 6 minute walk to either Tottenham Court Road or Holborn Stations.
10 mins to the eating and nightlife scene of Covent Garden or Soho.

Great Long Term Stay

Booked this flat for a 6-week stay whilst needing to be in central London. The flat is on a fantastic location, just a few minutes walk from Oxford Street & Tottenham Court Road. Yet is tucked away in a small side street with no through traffic. The 2nd floor flat shares a gated courtyard garden which in the Spring would I’m sure be wonderful. Inside the flat itself, it’s presented in great order and has everything you need for a few weeks stay. Compact, but making great use of storage. The 2nd bedroom makes a useful study with pulldown double bed. Any communication with the owner was quick and helpful, and any maintenance was sorted very quickly. We’d definitely stay again & thoroughly recommend.
