Très belle propriété avec piscine et jardin arboré; calme dans une zone de l'urbanisation Mas Pere; situé à flanc de colline l'accès se fait par un escalier externe. La climatisation des chambres et du salon est appréciable lors des grosses chaleurs . A recommander aux familles souhaitant l'accès facile aux plages et le calme en soirée.
