Casa Sagitario is a beautifully finished substantial property, a very well appointed house sitting privately towards the end of a cul de sac directly overlooking the picturesque Gavarres hills. Electronically operated gates enclose the house at the front. All bedrooms have air conditioning (free of extra charge) all with en suite bathrooms. Private garden & pool design means that impressive rural views can be seen from the secluded garden and pool area. The terrace an ideal spot in which to relax after dinner or enjoy a drink whilst watching the children playing in the private pool. Attractive decorative touches and smart furnishings have been added with the result being a bright and welcoming property with a well -equipped kitchen, perfect for making self catering a pleasure. It's immaculate landscaped garden with mature trees and shrubs. Due to the location of the villa a car is needed. The village of Calonge close to the beautiful Les Gavarres nature reserve has several good restaurants, (5 minute drive) whilst within a 15 minute drive you will find the old town of Palafrugell and the pretty cove beaches of Llafranc and calella.

After many years of dreaming about it, we finally, designed, and built our holiday home. A lot of thought and care has gone into every detail. We wanted a home that would be a real home from home, and not a typical place to put your head. We have achieved exactly what we wanted, and now share our dream holiday setting with many guests every year. Awaking to the sound of birds singing, lounging around the pool with the family during the day. The garden and pool has that special magic, that lights up in the evenings to that perfect setting, that you don't want to leave, not even to go shopping.
Why they chose this property
We choose this area, because we have spent many family holidays in various locations, and Calonge was the place that impressed us most, and after coming back again, and again, we decide it's the place for us.
What makes this property unique
It's the perfect place, easy distance from Barcelona, and Girona airport. You are in a quiet location, but have everything within easy driving distance, from the designer shops in Platja d'aro, to the the fishing port of Palamos, where you can buy fresh fish every day. The Costa Brava for us, is the prettiest coast we have ever seen. We have no regrets, and staying at our Villa, neither will you.
