Inlet Beach House is a pristine, private "couple's cottage" with easy access to the beach. The Modernist-inspired design features a light-filled open floor plan that is an art-lover's dream. Small by design, the home is well-suited for a couple's romantic getaway or a small family's beach vacation. We are tucked away on a large, lovely lot at the end of a private drive, nestled among saw palmettos, white pines, sand live oaks, bay trees, and magnolias.

NOTE: We communicate with all guests before we accept a booking to make sure that our home is the right fit for your party. Our property is not suitable for children under twelve years old. PLEASE - before you make a payment, read the full description herein and check out our pet policy below, and then send us an email with the number of folks in your party, a guarantee that no one in your party smokes or vapes, and, your age(s), and, if applicable, the age of children, and breed, age, sex, and weight of your dog.

Located in a small neighborhood at the east end of 30A and Hwy 98, Inlet Beach House is on the "beach side" of 30 A, easy to access, and convenient to shopping. You won't have to fight the traffic of 30A, but you can get right on the beach road to cruise the Emerald Coast if you desire. The natural vegetation and large lot afford guests a private, quiet setting, just a short walk to the beach. The amenities of Rosemary Beach -- shopping, dining, and people watching -- are one block away.

Pet Policy - one dog considered, no cats:
We love dogs -- and we would like to welcome yours , as well, provided it meets our requirements. We must approve your dog in advance; it must be at least two years old, with a weight limit of 40 pounds, and be non-shedding or very light-shedding. Not all breeds are allowed. Other restrictions may apply, so please be in touch. We may require an additional refundable Pet Deposit depending on the breed of your pet to cover any additional cleaning or damage caused by pets.

The 2-story house has an open floor plan and sleeps a maximum of four. Large windows on the south side of our home frame guests' views of the sunrise through the branches of sand pines and live oaks. The first floor has queen sized bed with a Tempur-Pedic topper on a Sleepwell brand firm mattress. This "mistress" suite has a walk-in indoor/outdoor wet room and shower with a European style soaking tub.

The guest room/yoga studio, accessible by a spiral staircase, has a full bath (walk-in shower) and doubles as a yoga studio or meditation room. Guests enjoy private access to the sunset deck, with treetop views toward the Gulf (a block away) and glimpses of emerald water. What a terrific spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail! The guest room features a West Elm mid-century futon. When converted to a bed, the futon, with quilted topper, is the length of a queen bed and a few inches narrower than a full; as such, it is best for one large adult or two small adults or teens. For folks who are used to a queen or king size bed, it may feel cramped. The guest room does not have a door at the top of the spiral staircase, in keeping with the "loft-style" open floor plan of our home.

In addition to the eat-in kitchen, Inlet Beach House has a screened dining porch on the first level and a large patio with a gas grill. For beach goers, we provide a beach wagon and beach towels. Numerous local vendors (easily found with a Google search or at 30A.com) will deliver and set up lounge chairs and/or umbrellas on the beach, a convenient option for guests. During the summer months, you can rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach at the Wall Street Access, just around the corner from our house (credit cards only). Bike rentals are available as well in Rosemary Beach, Seacrest, and all along State Highway 30-A. See options on the web at 30A.com.

Inlet Beach House is privately managed by a local woman who, like the owners, is a stickler for details. You will get prompt assistance if needed.

We welcome guests for 4 or more nights depending on the season, with the exception of holiday weeks, summer, or spring break weeks when we may require a 7 day rental. We strictly maintain the 4 person maximum at our home. We have exterior video cameras for your and our home's safety.
