Yellow tram 28 stops nearby and flea market is down the street. Quiet, cozy, perfect to feel the city's soul. Parking nearby. Internet + international TV. This studio has 1 double bed (140x200) and a sofa bed (120x200), bathroom, equipped kitchen (nespresso machine too). On the 3rd floor of building. Nice view, no lift, steep stairs.
