"Other details to note"
Dear Guests,
Thank you for your interest in our properties! We truly appreciate it and are committed to ensuring you have an enjoyable stay.
Local Amenities
During the summer months (June to August), you’ll find four tavernas and a mini market within walking distance. In spring and autumn, the city is just a 6-minute drive away, where you can explore additional dining options, bars, supermarkets, and more.
Please note: During spring and autumn, if you're planning to use the bicycles, the nearest mini market is approximately 1.3 km from the property, while the old port of Aigio — where you’ll find various dining options, cafés, and more — is about 3.5 km away.
On the day of your arrival, I’ll provide a detailed message with local recommendations tailored to the season. For added convenience, there's a food delivery app (efood) that delivers meals right to your doorstep (note: grocery deliveries are not available).
Please note: During spring and autumn, if you're not planning to use the bicycles, it is highly recommended to rent a car so you can stay flexible and easily access restaurants, supermarkets, and other local amenities.
Seasonal Notes
During the high season, particularly between July 15th and August 15th, the area tends to be livelier and busier compared to the rest of the year. Additionally, on a few Saturdays during summer, there is a possibility that wedding celebrations may take place in nearby venues — often in a "My Big Fat Greek Wedding"-style, with music and festivities that can last late into the night. While we have installed double-glazed windows to help reduce the noise, please be aware that some level of noise is to be expected.
Transportation
If you prefer not to rent a car, there are trains and buses available from Athens and Athens Airport to our city. Once you arrive at Aigio’s train or bus station, we’ll be happy to pick you up at no extra charge. Please check train schedules in advance at hellenictraingr, as we cannot be responsible for cancellations.
Additionally, there are radiotaxi services available in the area for your convenience. Telephone number: message us
We also offer a car transfer service from the airport to our properties—feel free to inquire about pricing. Additionally, there’s a car rental service available in the city.
Languages Spoken
We speak Greek, English, and Italian.
Travel Insurance
Please note that we are not responsible for flight cancellations, delays, or any other travel-related misfortunes that may occur. For your peace of mind, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers unforeseen events, cancellations, or interruptions to your trip.
Weather and Environment
Spring and autumn weather can be delightful but occasionally unpredictable. Since our houses are beachfront, be prepared for potential strong winds and rain.
As our property is named “farm,” please expect to see friendly animals around, including dogs, cats, fish, frogs, and peacocks. We embrace an animal-friendly environment and hope you do too!
House Rules
To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following rules:
No parties.
No loud music at any time.
No barbecues allowed.
No pets.
No smoking inside the house. Smoking is permitted on the patio, balcony, or in the garden.
The property consists of three beachfront houses, each with a private entrance, set within a 4000-square-meter backyard and olive tree garden, which is shared among guests.
You are welcome to use the washing machine in the laundry area. We also have city bikes and paddle boards available.
We grow our own vegetables and fruits and will gladly share them with you if available.
Please note that we are not a hotel, so in the rare event of an issue, we appreciate your patience as we work towards a prompt solution.
Thank you, and we wish you happy holidays!
P.S. If you have any questions before booking, please feel free to reach out. We’re here to help!

What makes this property unique
This is a true beachfront property, where the sea feels close enough to touch. From sunbeds and terraces to bedrooms and dining areas, the water is always in view — often giving the feeling of being on a boat.
The property sits within 4,000 sqm of lush gardens, filled with hundreds of plant species, including rare varieties that are difficult to grow in this part of Greece. Paths, quiet corners and artistic details invite slow exploration, while resident animals are part of everyday life.
Life here moves outdoors: garden dining, shaded seating areas, sunrise coffees, evening light, frog sounds by the pond and Mediterranean sunsets. Beach essentials are provided — sunbeds, umbrellas, towels, snorkeling gear, SUP boards and bicycles — making it easy to enjoy both sea and land without planning.
Inside, the homes combine earthy materials, natural textures and artistic touches, shaped over time rather than designed all at once. Local products, our own olive oil and seasonal garden produce are shared when available.
The location offers both seclusion and access: the sea at your feet, the old port nearby, protected wetlands in the next bay, the Odontotos rack railway 15 minutes away, and mountain lakes and hiking routes within an easy drive.
Above all, this is a place for quiet moments, connection with nature and unhurried living — simple, honest and deeply rooted in its surroundings.
