Prachtig balkon met prachtig uitzicht.Verder slecht onderhouden appartement.Een van de drie stopcontacten in de woonkamer werkte. Buiteverlichting balkon werkte niet.De uitrusting van de keuken was veel maar van slechte kwaliteit.Pannen waren niet goed schoon.Alle drie de koekenpannen waren onbruikbaar door de zwaar gekraste anti-stick coating of verweerde anti-stick coating.Plint onder keukenblok past niet en lag er gewoon los voor. Er was blijkbaar niet lang geleden een nieuwe afzuigkap geplaatst maar daarbij was men vergeten het beschermingsfolie dat er af-fabriek opzit te verwijderen en dat is met gebruik door de gasten voor ons en daarvoor dus gaan smelten.Lekker douchen was er niet bij doordat de thermostaatkraan niet goed werkteEr zat schimmel rondom in en buiten de douch en bij bad in beide badkamers.Mechanische ventilatie was zwaar vervuild.Er waren niet voldoende dekens voor op de bedden.Al met al was de huurprijs naar mijn mening veel te hoog, zeker gezien het feit dat het nog naseizoen was.

Amazing view

We were a group of 5 girls, we arrived in the evening. It was our first visit in Sardinia and we didn’t have any idea of what to expect. But after a 40 min ride from the olbia airport we got to the house that’s on the top of a hill...The view from the balcony is simply breathtaking. We didn’t stay home much, as we had only 4 days to visit everything and enjoy the amazing beaches and water and nightlife of the place. But Carlo’s home was clean and perfect for what we wanted. He was very helpful with everything, easy to get in touch on whatsapp, giving us a late checkout for free as he didn’t have guests next day. Thank you! Will comeback anytime. Maria
