This is an extremely spacious apartment allowing all guests ample room to socialise and relax. With the dining and living rooms conveniently connected it allows for the feeling of either two separate areas or one combined. With the rich colours of the furnishings and vibrant art it has a lovely warm feeling throughout. It is situated on the first floor of the building where the balcony and living room catch the morning rays from the sun.

It is a handsome sized apartment in an excellent location so it served as an excellent base for our family this summer. I would say however that it has been used quite extensively so could do with some TLC to bring it up to a higher standard. Kitchen has clearly been redone recently but the rest is a little dated. Great that there is basement parking.
