When you step inside you will experience comfort and luxury. The first floor features a living room and a spacious kitchen, equipped with high-end amenities, including Viking double ovens and a 6-burner cooktop. Perfect for gatherings and meals. The adjacent mudroom has a washer and dryer for convenience.
On the second floor, find two queen-size bedrooms sharing a stylish bathroom. The Primary Bedroom Suite offers a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower as well as a private deck and enclosed porch, a perfect space to work from.
The third-floor suite is a versatile space for up to eight people, with a bathroom featuring a two-person soaking Jacuzzi tub.
The lower level includes an additional living room, kitchenette, a queen-sized bedroom, and an en-suite bathroom.

Beautiful house, perfect for large groups

The house was perfect for 2 families getting together for a mini reunion. The bedrooms are very comfortable, it was tastefully decorated, and best of all, clean! We felt very safe, and they were so kind when our middle child accidentally locked a bedroom door. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Family Wedding

We were in town for a family wedding. This property housed all of us. It was a great property in a great location. The host, Anthony, has done a fantastic job with the space.

Wedding Celebration

We rented this property for our family to stay during our son's wedding. It was perfect for our parents, and other family members. The back yard was absolutely beautiful with multiple places to sit and enjoy a glass of wine or cup of coffee. I would highly recommend this property for larger groups of people. Clean, beautifully decorated and updated, beds were comfortable.

Wrigleyville Day Game Weekend

Perfect spot for a boys weekend. Less than 10 from Wrigley and not far off the interstate. House was nice! Wish the weather would have been a bit nicer so we could have enjoyed the patio longer. I recommend this place and the owner has other properties too.

If you have cat allergies, preparing meal for a group or want a stalked house this house is not for

Rooms and bathrooms were as described. House was not stalked with dishwashing pods (only one), literally HALF a used kitchen sponge. Extra bath and kitchen towels were covered in cat hair, as was the living room rug. Both ovens did not work correctly. We used a bungee cord to close the top and leaned a chair against the second oven. If you have cat allergies beware, cat hair is everywhere, especially in the mud room. Several family members had to use their inhalers and wash their eyes consistently.
