Really neat old row house in a great location across the street from DePaul U. Great spot for our 3 generation family of 10 for an out-of-town wedding - 4 bathrooms with 3 showers was great for getting ready, and plenty of sleeping space for all.

This property was ideal for our family gathering. The location is perfect and the property itself is very clean and well-maintained. Stephanie was great to work with. I highly recommend this if you’re looking for a very comfortable stay in Chicago.

From check in to check out, the experience was wonderful. It was easy to access the keys. Any questions we had were promptly answered by the host. The kitchen had everything we needed for baking, barbecuing, and making meals for the family. A bathroom on every floor was very convenient for our six year old grandson. Children's toys and books were available. The location was wonderful for public transportation. The house was very clean and up-to-date; yet true to its Victorian heritage. It was like living in history.

The row house was absolutely wonderful. There were eleven of us and the house comfortably slept all of us. The rooms were clean, the mattresses comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with dishware, pots and pans and coffee. All of us agreed that it was the perfect place to stay.
