Our unique Lincoln Park Rowhouse is located in the heart of Lincoln Park and is perfect for your next group gathering in Chicago. Our home was built in 1891 and underwent a full renovation in 2014 to both modernize and maintain the elaborate construction features of this Victorian era McCormick Rowhouse. The spacious home is located in the heart of Lincoln Park and comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. The Fullerton CTA stop is one block walk away and opens up the City for easy car free access. Wrigley Field is a short trip on the CTA redline and is only two stops away; alternatively taking the Red Line south can get you to Downtown Chicago within mins, Cellular Field for the White Sox, or thousands of other options in the City. Located in the heart of Lincoln Park this location has many dining and entertainment options within walking distance and there is easy street parking and access to the DePaul parking garages.

From check in to check out, the experience was wonderful. It was easy to access the keys. Any questions we had were promptly answered by the host. The kitchen had everything we needed for baking, barbecuing, and making meals for the family. A bathroom on every floor was very convenient for our six year old grandson. Children's toys and books were available. The location was wonderful for public transportation. The house was very clean and up-to-date; yet true to its Victorian heritage. It was like living in history.

Wonderful stay all around for our multi-generational trip to watch our dil run the Chicago Marathon. Great location close to restaurants, shopping, and the L. This classic brownstone is located in the midst of DePaul’s campus. Lovely Home in a Great Neighborhood
