1-minute walk to blue line station at Chicago Ave, + buses everywhere. Located in a great neighborhood - RiverWest. Walking distance to Michigan Avenue, the blue line, & great restaurants nearby. Fulton Market / West Randolph St. 10 minute walk.

Home has amenities of million dollar property. 5-floors of luxury. Privacy & Security. Gourmet kitchen 4-bedrooms & 3.5 bathrooms. Can comfortably sleep 12/14. We recently added two new sleeper sofas for added flexibility for our guests.

We stayed at the property for a bachelorette party weekend. The house was very nice and the host was so accommodating! The coffee maker was also a big plus. Highly, highly recommend for a large group! Great stay!

Great location and very accommodating

Just finished a stay at this pristine property. Cary the owner of the property was extremely accommodating allowing us to check in early and check out late to suit our travel needs. The property is located in a good location close to lots of restaurants and bars within a few minutes of short ride share rides. Highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again when coming back to visit Chicago.

Fabulous Trip to Chicago

Perfect Weekend

Our stay was perfect! The place was clean and had a great layout for a small group. We were able to walk to restaurants and activities. Loved the rooftop for morning coffee and views of the city.

Awesome Place!

This place was so, so nice! It’s perfect for a large group. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking ware and Cary is an amazing host. On the day of check in he checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and even had someone bring by an extra air mattress at our request. We enjoyed our stay so much! Highly recommend.

Reunion

We had 8 girls at the property for a friend reunion/wedding party and the property was absolutely perfect! The location was just right, the beds were so comfortable, and the kitchen had absolutely everything you would need. The first night was perfect for relaxing on the highest balcony with a beautiful view. The living space was also super cozy for hanging out. The host was very communicative and helpful. I would say 8 people was definitely the most comfortable where we each had a spot in a bed. The 2 king beds we had 2 girls in each. We loved our stay.

Mother-Daughter Weekend

As society has spread out, time together with extended family is more precious. This beautiful home was the perfect place to reconnect. I have rented many beautiful homes around the country, but what made this one truly unique was the abundance of gorgeous plants and available high end kitchen and bath items. The location is great with ample parking. Cary was a very responsive homeowner. He quickly responded to our questions and needs. Stu, the local manager, was very kind and helpful. There is nothing better than to be greeted with flowers and wine!

Chicago Marathon Getaway

Three couples in town for 5 days for the Chicago Marathon. Communication with Cary is a breeze when planning/preparing for your stay. It’s a great townhouse walking distance (for our group) to the Fulton Market District. We enjoyed breakfast twice at nearby Stax. Right off the Blue line, this place is also accessible to anywhere in the Loop and easy commute to/from O’Hare airport. Uber is still an easy option always available nearby. A liquor store and CVS are both right around the corner. The townhouse had plenty of space as indicated by the pictures. Espresso machine was a huge bonus. I always do my research when when booking a VRBO and I think we we nailed it for this Chicago trip and future visits.

Chicago gem

We were here for a girl's weekend, to take in a play, eat some delightful meals and enjoy a brunch. I agree with the other reviewers that the pictures do not do justice for this beautiful home. The owner was very responsive with details prior to check ina dn when we had a small problem with the AC. The outdoor spaces were lovely, with the rroftop piece being our favorite. There is definetly a greenthumb here as the outdoor sgardens were lovely and the indoors is dotted with beautiful plants...and electic art. Something for everyone to admire. Thre were 8 of us staying and we all had more than enough space to migrate around because it's spread over four floors. That said, it's spread over four floors, so stairs may be challenging for some,.The linens were great and we had enough towels, as well as high end bath products for all. Shout out to owners for providing black washcloths for makeup remover, as well as aloe wipes. The half bathroom off the kitchen was convenient for all, so we did not have to go down or upstairs for that convenience. * women were able to easily use the other three full bathrooms, including a spacious master bathroom, without much juggling. The mattresses were very comfortable. We made use of the couch, the sofa beds, and the four beds to fit all comfortably. The spacious living room was where we gathered at night (when not on the rooftop deck, sipping wine), and watched movies on the very BIG screen TV. Parking was easy and we walked into the loop without diffcituoly, although an Uber ride is just a tsp away. There are numerous restaurants, bars, coffee placed, as well as as a CVS nearby. Jewel Osco is slightly farther, just a few minutes by car. The kitchen, however, has everything we needed to prepare our dinner the first night, with top op the line ppliances. The kitchen was unique, very functional, and I would love to recreate it at my own home. I loved that you could close up everything out of sight, but access everything in a few steps. I was also a fan of the concrete floors, the square table which easily seated 8. and the thoughtful welcome gift of wine and fresh cut flowers. Thanks for sharing your home, Cary. We hope to come back soon!

Several friends and my self stayed for 2 nights. We all came from different states and were in town for the cowboy’s game. We all were pleasantly surprised at how well kept the property was. We planned a much needed girls weekend at this wonderful property and it exceeded all of our expectations! The home is beautiful and clearly has been well taken care of. The rooms were wonderful and spacious. The location was I great and in walking distance of so many local spots.
