Property within renovations

Overall property suited our needs. Unfortunately we only had the arrival notifications the say before. Times were changed to 4 30 arrival but 9am departure. This also cam with a list of things to do. Strip beds. Put all laundry in a bag. Bins emptied which people would do automatically. Switch all plugs off. Leave windows on vents. Doors open. On arrival no one to shoew us our property. Car park a builders site and far away. The property is under renovations so builders there from 8am. Not much access to grounds.

Idyllic setting

Excellent peaceful location with lovely coastal views from Bolt Tail to Burgh Island and beyond.

This ground floor apartment was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, warm and well-equipped with clear instructions for heating etc.. There was plenty of space outside in the well maintained grounds, and the easy access to the coastal path made it excellent for walking. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend.
