The garden boasts stunning views of the sea and the surrounding beautiful South Devon coastline including the majestic and ancient Thurlestone Rock, nearby Burgh Island (Agatha Christie's inspirational location for her novel 'Evil Under The Sun'), and the fabulous golden sands of Bantham Beach ever popular with families and surfers alike. 9 The Downs is the perfect peaceful spot to relax by the coast.
The property is a newly modernised 2 bedroom ground floor flat in an extension to a building dating back to 1907 which sits on the high downs above Thurlestone village with commanding views of the sea and countryside.
