The house is located 150 m from the beach. You have all the shops nearby. Everything can be done on foot. The place is quiet the house is nice
A garage allows you to store sheltered bikes, nautical equipment. You also have a large driveway to park up to 2 vehicles and trailer.
At the back of the house a large terrace allows you to fully enjoy the sunny climate of the region with bbq, deckchair and garden furniture available.
the interior decoration remains simple classic. The kitchen is new, the facelift dates from this year May 2019. The interior paintings have all been refreshed and we are going to modify the furniture to bring more comfort and give more modernity.
