Beautiful new home located in Cottonwood Cove. Amazing views of the Wasatch Mountains, 30 minutes from Salt Lake City Airport, 7 minutes to Hill Air Force Base, 15 minutes to Lagoon, 15 minutes to amazing skiing, mountain biking, and hiking. With 6 bedrooms and 2 large family rooms, the whole extended family can stay and have loads of space!
Upstairs Master with onsuite bath features double sinks, large walk in closet, and oversized large master soaking tub. Large spacious additional bath upstairs features a separate tub/shower area from sink so many people can get ready at the same time. Four more additional large bedrooms upstairs have large queen or full size beds so many different adult groups can have their own space. Main level living features a large gathering area that guests have raved about. With seating at the bar for 8 and a large table that seats 8 and can extend to seat up to 14 as well as an attached family room that is all open concept for large gatherings. With a huge walk in pantry and a fully stocked kitchen you can serve a large party comfortably with TONS of space. Just off the kitchen is a walk out back door to a large patio with additional table and seating along with a brand new BBQ grill for your outdoor gathering. Also outside for the kids, there is a large rectangular trampoline, a huge 25x10 foot sandbox with tons of toys, a teter toter, and sand toys. Also the backyard has a large playset with swings, and a slide for the kids to enjoy. And don't forget the basement! There is an additional large family room with foosball table, pop-a-shot basketball, a massive toy closet with board games, legos, cars, tracks, batcave, books for all ages, and FUN! Also downstairs there is another large bedroom that sleeps 4-6 in beds but could also be used as a master bedroom with the large full size bathroom right next to it. This home is extra spacious and will provide ample room for your family and extended family to enjoy!

We had everything we could have needed in the house. Tons of toys for the kids to play with. Plenty of beds and a great backyard. Very clean and had cute personal touches. Would definitely recommend.

We very much enjoyed our stay in South Weber. The property is easily accessible to the mountains (hiking, biking, skiing) and convenient for local shopping as well as the Hill Air Base Museum. Our grand kids especially enjoyed the downstairs foos ball and basketball hoops. Very clean and easy to "leave it as clean and neat as we found it".

Spacious and comfortable stay!

This home is extremely clean, very spacious, well furnished and in a great location. A very easy 30 minute ride to/from the airport, 15-20 minutes from Snowbasin and close to Starbucks and restaurants. Check in/Check out were very smooth and Misti replied quickly with any questions we had. We had a fabulous stay!

Perfect home for a family reunion!

This house is PERFECT for families with children. We met my brother and his family for a short and safe family reunion and had kids ranging from 2 months to 17. They all had a wonderful time! There were tons of toys in the playroom for all ages and a beautiful backyard. We were surprised by the noise from the jets because we didn’t realize an Air Force base was nearby but the kids enjoyed that as well! Misti was a responsive and gracious host. We had an accident with the umbrella and patio table because we didn’t know how strong the winds could be in that area and Misti was very understanding. She was also quick to address any questions and even let us check in an hour early. It was a great stay and a safe way to visit family during this crazy COVID year! Thank you Misti!

Family Reunion

This property was perfect for our family who ranged in age from 3 months to 78 years ! Plenty of room for all of us, the children loved the back yard and the downstairs playroom...., and,, as north westerners with cooler summers, we all loved the air-conditioning with 98 degree weather :) Very spacious and well equipped kitchen … including a cupboard which covered all basic medicinal needs. We'd stay here again and highly recommend it

Beautiful home

This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. This home easily sleeps 15 people in beds. The backyard play area meets the needs of all ages. The home is within 15 minutes of grocery stores, easy access to Ogden, Clearfield, and Layton. Wonderful, spacious kitchen, large outside grill, bathrooms on all three levels, and fun playroom in the basement.

Very large new beautiful home

Our family and friends had an amazing weekend staying in this lovely home. The kitchen counter is huge! It was perfect. Also the family room right off the kitchen was the perfect place to gather and talk. The home was clean, well taken care of, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the toys in the game room and the playground in the back yard. I highly recommend staying here if you need a place to stay in the Ogden area.

What makes this property unique

My favorite thing about this home is the open floor plan on the main level. A large family room, kitchen with a HUGE bar, and a large dining room all connect to allow for great conversations with large families. We have hosted Thanksgiving dinner with lots of room to spare!
