Spend your vacation in this penthouse with solarium terrace, air conditioning / heating, parking, and pet-friendly. Located in a residential complex with a communal swimming pool just 150 meters from El Playazo. If you prefer the low season, there are offers for long stays!

With a maximum capacity for 5 adults, it has 2 bedrooms (2nd bedroom with individual trundle bed that converts to a double bed), 1 bathroom with bathtub, and fully equipped kitchen. The living-dining room, with an individual sofa bed, has access to a balcony with views of the communal swimming pool that will lead you through some stairs to the solarium terrace with barbecue.

You can also enjoy the facilities of Residencial Alborada, a textile residential complex with elevator, communal swimming pool + children's pool (open in June, July, August and September), paddle court, children's playground, and underground garage. Just 200 meters away you will find bars and restaurants, and a large supermarket and a water park less than 5 minutes by car.

Come to Vera Playa, where you can also visit neighboring towns such as Garrucha, Mojácar and Villaricos. The Cabo de Gata-Níjar natural park and Mini Hollywood theme park are less than 1 hour by car.

IMPORTANT: Reasonable electricity consumption up to 15 kWh/day is included. The excess will be charged separately. In case of monthly rental with discount, electricity is NOT included. 1 pet/booking is allowed. Youth groups are not accepted. Smoking inside the accommodation is prohibited.

Restful holiday at Vera Playa

We enjoyed the roof terrace immensely and have decided it will always be top on our list of "must haves" in the future. A nicely presented Apartment. Not a lot going on at this time of year, so a quiet 6 weeks was spent enjoying the winter sunshine. Garrucha and Mojacar had lots of open bars and restaurants and were well worth the short drive to get to them. Was disappointed with the lack of size to the 2nd bedroom. Odd things were missing from kitchen implements drawer which we bought ourselves. There was no bread knife, no tin-opener, dodgy old peeler. Two more sun beds were needed in our opinion should 4 be staying at the apartment, also a box for cushions etc as carrying them up to the roof every day was a bit of a nuisance as stairs were steep with no hand rail. beds would have been nice on the roof. There was an awful dog a few doors away that barked incessantly and spoiled the peace and quiet on quite a few of the days we used the terrace.... More information on restaurants that are open during the winter would have been useful, but we managed to find some,

Spätsommer in Vera Playa 2025

Besonders gut hat uns der freundliche und unkomplizierte check - in durch die Damen im Office gefallen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es ist alles, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt vorhanden. Das Highlight ist die große Dachterrasse. Die als Sonnenschutz gedachten Vorhänge auf der Dachterrasse sind bei Wind unbrauchbar.

Es algo muy cómodo

Dónde está situado al lado de la playa y la terraza si por el tiempo la puedes aprovechar está muy bien. La limpieza y sobre todo los utensilios, es decir había muchos utensilios para cocinar, pero no había tan si quiere, ni sal ni azúcar, ni papel higiénico ni un gaita ni si quiere algo para poder limpiar. Lo único q si q había era recogedor y cepillo.

Prachtig appartement met enorm dakterras en ruim voldoende ingericht. Alles is aanwezig! Fraai uitzicht op de omgeving. De kwaliteit van het internet van dit appartement liet vaak te wensen over. Ook het meubilair in de woonkamer kan wel eengebruiken. Zo ontbreekt bijvoorbeeld een salontafel en is het zitcomfort van de enige (slaap)bank in het appartement beneden de maat. Dit wordt wel voor een groot deel gecompenseerd door het uitgebreide meubilair op het dakterras.

Apartamento muy cómodo.

Hemos estado muy agusto. Cama de matrimonio muy cómoda. Lo malo seria la habitacion para los peques muy pequeña, cama encajonada. por sacarle algo negativo. Todo lo demás muy bien. La piscina en semana santa está cerrada y la anunciaban como abierta.

EVERYTHING. The accommodation was amazing and a rooftop terrace is a new must for me on any future holidays. As well as the extraordinary apartment, the service was second to none. Inma was brilliant and I cannot speak highly enough about her. She was responsive, so helpful and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We had one small issue with our water and Inma was down at the apartment in 'resolution mode' and got it sorted immediately A+++++ and thank you Inma for making our stay even more enjoyable! sehr schöne und erholsame Ferien

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Sie war bei unserer Ankunft sauber und aufgeräumt. Das absolute Highlight ist die große Sonnenterrasse mit dem Gasgrill. Die Schlüsselübergabe und Abgabe verlief problemlos. Sehr praktisch ist auch der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage mit dem Aufzug. Nächstes Jahr gerne wieder. Leider funktionierte das Internet TV nicht immer fehlerfrei.
