House of 100 m2 fitted to comfortably accommodate 6 people. It has an outside of 50m2 not overlooked, trees and landscaped and a private garage in the basement.

House on 2 levels, fully equipped with new furniture (August 2018) with a pleasant private courtyard equipped with chiliennes and deckchairs, tables and chairs and an electric griddle.
Private garage for a car in the basement.

Belle maison dans une des plus belles rues de Saint-Martin

Maison spacieuse, lumineuse, très bien équipée, lits confortables et salles de bains agréables et aérées. Bel espace extérieur, ombragé et calme, où nous pouvions aisément garer nos 5 vélos. Emplacement idéal, à 2 minutes du port et des commerces de Saint-Martin. La rue est magnifique et calme. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Tres bonne communication avec la propriétaire et la gestionnaire. Je recommande vivement.

Très belle maison au centre de Saint Martin de Ré

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille dans cette maison très bien équipée. Sa situation est idéale, en plein centre de Saint Martin, et tout est accessible en quelques minutes sans jamais prendre la voiture. L’emplacement est très calme, à l’abri des bruits des rues environnantes pourtant très fréquentées. La maison est bien agencée, très propre et des petites attentions fort sympathiques de la part de la propriétaire nous attendaient à notre arrivée. Enfin, la conciergerie en charge de la gestion de cette location est particulièrement réactive et efficace pour résoudre le moindre petit problème. Bref, un excellent lieu que nous recommandons sans hésitation.

Excellentes vacances dans une jolie maison

La maison est idéalement située dans le centre, elle est joliment décorée et dispose d’un jardinet de ville très pratique pour les vélos, pour prendre les repas en extérieur ou lézarder so soleil.

Beau séjour à Saint Martin

Maison idéalement située dans le village à 3 mn du port mais dans un quartier particulièrement calme. La maison est très bien équipée avec des volumes généreux et lumineux. Le gros plus c’est le petit jardin terrasse qui nous a permis de vivre à l’extérieur du matin au soir. Certain trouve le garage étroit mais notre ami y a rentré sa voiture qui est une Volvo break. Nous notons l’adresse et comptons bien y revenir
