Very close to areas of tapas and services of the historic center, such as San Francisco Square. With areas of interest such as Punic wall, MURAM, Roman theater, amphitheater, house of fortune, decumano and Roman forum just 5 minutes walk.

Excellent appartment with garage

The property was very clean, very stylish. It has steps from the garage to the living/kitchen area, then from this to the bedrooms. There is also a roof terrasse which was good. It is walking distance from attractions in Cartagena. Carlos was very good at communicating with us when we arrived, good details to find the property. Would definitely stay there again.

Location location location !

Cartagena is a wonderful port city that is away from the hustle and bustle and gives you a true indication of Murcia life. The history is amazing, and this house is in the center of it all! Walking distance to all the historical sites, the water, restaurants, train station, bus terminal. No need for a car. And Carlos was fantastic in recommending activties, restaurants and tapas bars. I would highly recommend this house for a true Spanish experience.

Dream holiday in Cartagena

We stayed in this great flat for five weeks. The check-in with Carlos was unproblematic and cordial. We received information in advance so that we could find the street. The flat is great. The garage in the house is necessary because the flat is in the middle of the old town. It is very personally furnished and has everything you need for a holiday. The roof terrace has a possibility of shading so that it can be used at any time. The flat is very centrally located, so all sights and the harbour can be easily reached on foot. There is also a bakery and supermarket nearby and the market hall can also be reached on foot. We had a wonderful holiday and will definitely come back. We can highly recommend the flat.

Wow. So comfortable. And parking!

Directions were perfect to this place in the old town of Cartagena. It was spotless and super comfortable. Bedrooms were upstairs so if one of us wanted to stay up we did not disturb the other. Roof top deck, washing machine with a line to hang clothes on rooftop deck (vs out the window) and parking. As far as amenities go this place is tops. Location was perfect. Easy walk to the main pedestrian street, the port and waterfront and the ruins. It was perfect.

Awesome Location & Beautiful Home

We were very pleased with our stay. Having an attached garage was a big bonus! The house and furnishing were beautiful and well maintained. The location was awesome and we were able to walk to everything. We were surrounded by history and really enjoyed our time in the city. When we go back, we will definitely try to book this house.
