About this property

A superb 2 bed apartment with Ocean Club facilities & superb views

Q5 is located on the top floor and offers wonderful views from the balcony. This lovely 2 bed penthouse apartment is located within approximately 5/6 minutes walking distance to the beach/bars and restaurants. A car is useful but not essential. To add to one's enjoyment there is a water sports centre on the beach, this includes water -skiing, windsurfing, banana rides (certain seasons only). Rentals include full use of the Ocean Club facilities e.g. pool etc (for dates when pool is in use please request). There are an assortment of Golf courses within easy reach with the nearest approximately a 5 minute drive away. A lift and stairs leads to: The accommodation which consists of a well furnished sitting/dining room with comfortable furniture, TV (internet driven) with a good selection of channels, DVD, CD. Large patio door lead to the terrace from where there are incredible views to the Black rock and the sea. Outside furniture is provided for al-fresco dining and sunbathing. The modern fully equipped kitchen is equipped with washing machine, full cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave plus utensils for your party. A staircase leads to the lower level there is the master bedroom which has a double bed and an en suite bathroom with heated towel rail and patio doors leading to a terrace. The second bedroom has twin beds and opposite is a further full bathroom with shower over and a heated towel rail. FOR WINTER GUESTS THE MAXIMUM RENTAL PERIOD IS FOR 4 TO 5 WEEKS

The beautiful town of Luz

Great apartment in a fabulous location . Very easy to walk to the beach, restaurants and bars . We would absolutely return. We met some lovely people around the pool area , everyone friendly and welcoming. Do not miss the Salmon noodles from the on-site restaurant!

Fantastic apartment

This is a really great apartment with absolutely fabulous views. It’s the perfect size for 4, with spacious rooms and lovely bathrooms - especially loved the shower in the ensuite. The apartment is in the perfect spot, 2 mins from the pool and supermarket and 5 mins from the many lovely restaurants and the beautiful beach. We had a perfect stay in Luz and would love to return. Thank you

Spectacular Views

The balconies had a magnificent veiw, the breeze flows through the apartment keeping it very cool and comfortable. Close to 2 great grocery stores. The pool was a little chilly, but we enjoyed a daily cool down. The Tapas restaurant had good food and nice people there. It was totally equipt with everything to make our stay comfortable. We stayed 7 days and would have stayed longer if I had know this area was going to be so lovely.

vollstens zufrieden

Unsere Gruppe (4 Erwachsene) war vollstens zufrieden mit der gemütlichen und sauberen Wohnung. Die Beschreibung im Internet und die Bilder treffen zu. Die Räumlichkeiten waren sehr gut aufgeteilt. Der Essbereich im Wohnzimmer ist angenehm groß. Man kann gut auf dem geräumigen Balkon essen oder auf den Liegestühlen entspannen. Es gab also einen sehr großen Balkon, vom Wohnzimmer aus begehbar und jedes der beiden Schlafzimmer im Untergeschoss hatte einen ausreichend großen Balkon. Ich habe jeden Morgen den Sonnenaufgang bewundert und die Sicht auf den Strand, das Meer, die Wellen genossen. Für unsere Gruppe war es von großem Vorteil, dass zu jedem der beiden Schlafzimmer ein Bad/Dusche mit Toilette gehörte. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Unser Aufenthalt dauerte 7 Nächte. Daher kam die Reinigungskraft innerhalb dieser Woche zum Reinigen und zum Wechseln der Bettlaken und Handtücher und erneut nach unserem Aufenthalt. Wir waren im November dort. Die Betten sind angenehm und wir hatten viele Decken für kältere Nächte. Von Vorteil ist der Aufzug, der uns mit unserem Gepäck zu unserer Wohnung im 4. Stock gebracht hat. Sehr komfortabel ein Parkplatz, der zur Anlage gehörte. Man muss keinen Parkplatz auf der Straße suchen. Die Außenanlage vor dem Wohnkomplex ist ansprechend gepfegt mit Pflanzen. Es gab 2 Supermärkte u Apotheke bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen sowie Bars und Restaurants. Zuletzt möchte ich noch den überaus großen Außenpool erwähnen. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder.

Erg nette comfortabel appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien, met een prachtig uitzicht over de zee. We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf. Prima omgeving om leuke dingen te doen en lekker te eten. Aanbevelingswaardig.

Amazing apartment!

We spent a lovely time at the apartment and felt at home, just as we wish whenever it comes to leave our own home behind for a whole week. It was clean and very comfortable. The balcony provides an enjoyable view over the beach and is wonderful to relax. The swimming pool is wonderful, both for adults and for children. There's a pool for small children and a nice playground. As a bonus, the great location: very close to Supermercado Baptista and a 5 minutes walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our holidays!

Erholsame Tage in Luz

Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, nahe bei 2 Supermärkten. Zum Strand und sehr guten Retaurants ist es nur ein gemütlicher Spaziergang. Der Blick ist einzigartig, der Pool, der genutzt werden kann, groß und sauber.
