Comprising three bedrooms; a ground floor double, 1st floor double and a first floor twin room, this cottage can sleep six guests. There is also a ground floor bathroom inside as well as a kitchen, dining room with electric imitation woodburner, sitting room with electric fire and snug. To the outside is a wild garden with a rear enclosed patio area and seating, along with roadside parking. 19 Reidhaven offers a memorable stay to families and friends in a lovely region of Aberdeenshire.
Amenities: Underfloor heating with electric imitation woodburner and electric fire. Electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking in bay across the main street or to the side of property. Enclosed front garden and rear patio with seating. One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 mins walk; marina 5 mins walk. As of 13/10/2023, this property has been remodeled throughout.
