A bright and modern apartment with panoramic views located in the La Mairena area in the hills behind Elviria, Marbella.



The apartment has just recently been built to high standards and offers two bedrooms and two bedrooms, a large terrace with direct garden access and an open plan kitchen/dining.



There is free wifi internet and IPTV (Internet Protocol TV). With the apartment comes the right to use the facilities of nearby El Soto clubhouse with golf facilities, tennis, padel, gym and spa. Furthermore the clubhouse has a restaurant.



The complex has a pool area with sun loungers.



The nearest beach is about 7 kilometres down the hill in Elviria. Shopping facilities are also found in that area



La Mairena is a beautiful natural and peaceful surrounding but only 7 kilometres from the best beaches of Marbella and 15 minutes driving into Marbella town.



It is a Unesco protected biosphere with great ecological importance as there is a native cork oak forest with beautiful trails full of wildlife like foxes, wild boar and deer.

Beautiful apartment

The apartment is very nice decorated, we felt at home straight away. The service and welcome by Time & Home was very good. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to come back next year! We missed a drying rack and in the kitchen things like an ovendish, a wok, good baking pan. Also a few sunbeds in the garden would have been nice!

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour dans cet appartement en rez-de-jardin, calme et bien Ă©quipĂ©. La prĂ©sence de deux salles de bain a facilitĂ© notre organisation. La piscine, accessible et tranquille, est un vrai plus. À notre arrivĂ©e, certains appareils (sĂšche-cheveux, ciseaux, tire-bouchon, grille-pain, fouet-mixeur) Ă©taient dĂ©fectueux, mais le propriĂ©taire a rapidement remplacĂ© ceux qu’il pouvait. Patrick nous a accueillis avec gentillesse et disponibilitĂ©, ce qui a facilitĂ© notre arrivĂ©e. Une boĂźte Ă  clĂ©s pourrait toutefois offrir plus d’indĂ©pendance. Nous avons croisĂ© deux cafards, liĂ©s selon le propriĂ©taire aux fortes pluies du printemps. Ce n’était pas gĂȘnant mais mĂ©rite d’ĂȘtre signalĂ©. En rĂ©sumĂ©, nous recommandons cet appartement et serions heureux d’y revenir.

Een heerlijk verblijft in een erg fijn (luxe) appartement dat van alle gemakken was voorzien!

De rustige ligging was Ă©cht een bonus en boven verwachting. Het afwerkingsniveau van het appartement, incl. apparatuur, was erg hoog, De ruimte in het appartement, met onder andere twee slaapkamers en twee separate badkamers was top! En de service was meer dan prima, onder andere door het snelle vervangen van de wasmachine, de mogelijkheid voor een latere check-out en de snelle reactie van de eigenaar en beheerder op vragen. Het gezamenlijke zwembad was open van 10:00-22:00 uur en het was er nooit druk. We hebben zelfs een middag alleen met ons gezin aan het zwembad kunnen liggen. Hoe fijn was dat! De bedden waren goed en de rolluiken voor de slaapkamerramen zorgden voor een goed verduistering, waardoor we lekker konden uitslapen als we dit wilden. Ontbijten in je eigen tuin (we hadden een appartement op de begane grond) was erg fijn. De tuin was was voorzien van prachtige bloemen en werd &#39s nachts gesproeid waardoor alles bloeide en heerlijk groen was! De toegang naar het complex ging via een automatische draaipoort, waarvan we een afstandsbediening hadden. Met een goede omheining gaf ons dit een veilig gevoel. Kortom een heerlijk verblijf! We kunnen niets bedenken dat tegenviel. Alles was meer dan prima en voldeed ruimschoots aan onze verwachtingen

Alojamiento excelente

Estuvimos muy a gusto. El apartamento perfecto con todas las comodidades, jardĂ­n muy agradable. Silencioso, se dormĂ­a muy bien. Se necesita coche pero es una buena ubicaciĂłn para conocer la zona. Hemos estado como en casa! Las almohadas Ășnicamente, al ser pequeñas y de plumas no eran muy cĂłmodas
