Three bedroom apartment close to Elviria beach

Very conveniently located three bedroom apartment right on the beach of Elviria, one of Marbella´s finest beaches. The apartment is located in the complex of Marbella Playa, on the first floor with sea views. The distance to the beach and amenities is maximum 150 meters so you can do everything by foot.



The area of Elviria has much to offer, there are many restaurants, bars, shops and this is the location of the world famous Nikki beach club. The beach is sandy and wide stretching for 8 kilometers in the direction of Marbella center.



The complex has a large lagune shaped pool with sunbeds and beautifully landscaped gardens. Underground parking available



Elviria is a great family area with many top class facilities. It has the best beaches of Marbella and some top golf courses. Also it is home to the famous Nikki beach club and the five star hotels Don Carlos and Estrella del Mar.

Excellent Stay

Really enjoyed this location. One block from the beach, and there are chairs with umbrellas for rent for 10 Euro there. I recommend walking over to TheT Beach House for dinner. This condo was a very relaxing vibe, comfortable beds, homey touches and the balcony had sea breezes. You will love it!

Marbella playa was lovely and clean, the apartment was very spacious and the facilities were good. The kitchen area was very well equipped and found the appliances fairly straight forward to operate. The pool area was lovely and the beds were fairly spaced out offering a little more privacy, which we really liked. The sea view was lovely. The only hang up we had in regards to improvements were the beds. It stayed upon booking that there would be two double beds and one single. The double beds were infact two singles pushed together, these kept coming apart leaving a space within the middle which was a bit of a hindrance. My elder daughter and four year old were in fact sharing a room. We had stayed the ages of each child upon booking so two single beds within one of the rooms wouldn’t have been a problem, but in the master bedroom it did become a bit of an issue.
