Positioned in the heart of the oldest part of this fishing village, this attractive stone holiday cottage boasts sea views from the living room and kitchen, and is only a few minutes’ walk from the bustling harbour with boat trips to the Farne Islands, with its bird sanctuaries and seal colony. Bamburgh, with its majestic castle and sandy beach, is 3 miles away. However, there are an array of pubs, restaurants and shops 275 yards away.

Daisy cottage

The cottage was very clean and comfortable. A great location. Parking is tight - however I have a big car but it’s manageable with a few manoeuvres. There is also a garage. I would definitely stay again

As a regular visitor to Seahouses we normally stay at another cottage as there’s normally more people with us but this time it was just myself my wife and dog. Daisy cottage was the perfect size. As with most beds in holiday cottages it quite small for a couple when you’re used to sleeping in a king size bed but was ok. There is 2 children’s beds that would be ok for kids up 5 ft tall ish. In the living room the 2 sofas were nice and comfy and tv a decent quality. The only thing the cottage needed was wi-fi with not great phone signal and only free view to watch it would of been good to have wi-fi. The living room was more than big enough for us but with 2 adults and 2 kids the space would be just about ok. The kitchen and bathroom are decent enough for what you need. The location was excellent for everything and the heating was electric which heated the cottage ok and it was November so will be fine all year round. I’d defiantly recommend the cottage as a good place to stay in Seahouses. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Great cottage in a great location.

Great cottage in a great location. Only issue is parking which is tight but to be expected in such places however causes occasional comments from those uneducated enough to understand and accept this from a holiday location. I would recommend this cottage to anyone wanting to visit the Northumberland coast. Seahouses is a great location and the cottage is close to the harbour. A comfortable cottage in a very handy location in Seahouse close to the harbour, shops etc. Had everything we needed including good cooking utensils. Probably best for 2 people rather than 4. Was expensive but it was the height of the summer season.
