Happisburgh village offers village shop, pub serving good food, and lighthouse, open on Sundays during the main summer season, where visitors can view its workings and enjoy the fantastic views. Attractions for all can be found at the seaside resorts of Cromer and Sheringham, half an hours drive, with Blue Flag Award sandy beaches, pier, promenade gardens, golf courses, Splash swimming pool and Poppyline Steam Railway, journeys through beautiful countryside and neighbouring coastal villages onto Holt. Norfolk Broads for waterfront cafes, restaurants, boat hire, river trips, fishing (in season) and sailing, 7 miles. Hickling Broad with Wildlife Trust nature reserve, 6 miles. City of Norwich, cathedral, castle museum, cafes, pubs and excellent shopping, 20 miles. Shop and pub 1/2 mile.
