All properties: Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair. Welcome pack. Lawned garden with garden furniture and barbecue. No smoking. Please note: There is a river 200 yards from the properties.. Burracott Farm offers the ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of modern life. Set within a sheltered valley with superb countryside views all around yet just 3 miles from the glorious North Cornish coast. Cider Barn and Homeleigh Barn are semi-detached and have been lovingly converted to retaining much charm and character, whilst Millers Rest is a spacious single storey detached property. All 3 properties are coastal properties. Sheep and cattle graze in the fields surrounding the cottages and the area is a haven for wildlife. Whether surfing, walking, playing golf, fishing or simply relaxing this stunning holiday location has something for everyone. The popular resort of Bude lies just 5 miles away and has excellent shops and restaurants, many specialising in locally caught seafood, along with a golf course, tennis, riding, indoor ’Splash’ pool, bowling and three sandy beaches. Of the many varied activities for you to do in the area, you might like the idea of a fishing trip in one of the local fishing boats; or perhaps to see the area from a bird’s eye vantage point in a microlight aircraft from Davidstow Moor. The picturesque fishing villages of Boscastle and Tintagel are just 15 miles. Eden project and the wild beauty of Dartmoor, Exmoor and Bodmin Moors are all within easy driving distance. Shops 2½ miles, pubs 3 miles.

We had a perfect one week holiday with our friends in the last week of August. Owners are lovely people and they got the property ready for us very nicely with little personal touches. Location is beautiful and the children play area is an additional bonus. Would highly recommend.

Just returned from a lovely long weekend away with the husband and 2year old who particularly loved the play facilities and sheep. The cottage is in a great location, close to Bude and other attractions within easy distance. A highlight for us was our visit to Lydford Gorge which was incredible, as well as day trips to Boscastle and Padstow. We will definitely return to Cider cottage! Thank you Carol for the lovely warm welcome and for a fantastic break away!

We had a fantastic short break here at February half term. Very quiet rural location but just a short car journey to Bude. Clean and well equipped property. Owners were very friendly and the home baked cake on arrival was a nice touch. Would definitely return and would also recommend.
