On arrival there were 4 lots of dog mess in the back garden which we had to pick up before we could let our dog into the garden, not an ideal start.Also there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the property especially in the main bedroom and we found cigarette wrappers under the dining room table.The property was clean inside and as a base to explore the East riding coast was excellent.

Brilliant central location, close to seafront. Accommodation lived up to its name cosy corner. Very comfortable and well equipped will definitely go back

As the name suggest a cosy cottage very well equipped and spotless good parking.

As the name suggest a cosy cottage very well equipped and spotless good parking. Lovely large conservatory ideal for relaxing in. Plus the extra touches of the goodies made this an enjoyable holiday and would recommend.
